Raised Ranch in South Dennis.
Two master bedrooms with two brand new queen-size beds. There are a children or guest bedroom with two twin-size beds and another extra bedroom with wood fireplace in it and two brand new futons full-size. Two full bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other one with shower in it). Very sunny living room with picture window attached by a dining room and a big kitchen (eat in kitchen). Beside the dining room is attached a nice leveled back deck, covered by white-blue striped canvas, including outdoor table, 8 plastic chairs, plastic bed and gas grill hooked up with the gas pipe of the house.
There is a garage, outdoor shower covered with curtain, shed and very beautiful front and back yards. There is one refrigerator, electric stove with double oven, dishwasher, Foreman grill, coffeemaker + filters, toaster, microwave, lobster pot and lots of pots and pans.
The house is located close to the Mayfair Boat, walking distance to Follins Pond of the Bass River, where you can launch for kayaking, canoe etc.
Nearby is the Dennis Rail Trail for walking and biking in the beautiful areas of Dennis, Brewster, Harwich, and Chatham. It's close to the Highland Golf Courses, Cape Cod Playhouse, restaurants, playgrounds, Scargo Lake, tennis court, soccer, basketball, baseball, football fields etc.
Half of the rental charges is going to be paid with the signed rental agreement, which is refundable only 30% of it in case of any cancellation before a month ago from the date of occupancy, otherwise you lose it if you do not replace it with other tenants. The other half of rental charges and security deposit should be paid two weeks in advance before the occupancy

- The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with nice back and front yards in regular maintained landscaping. You need a car to go around the best beaches of Cape Cod (at least 7-8 minute drive to the most beautiful beaches of Chapin, Mayflower, Corporation north of Route 6A on the bay side and West Dennis Beaches on the south side of Nantucket Sound) and different activities of the towns as well as 5 minutes drive to the Patriot shopping plaza. It’s a walking distance to the children’s playgrounds, tennis and basket courts as well as to the Follins pond of the Bass River where you can launch a kayak. All the rooms have ceiling, window and floor standing fans. The bedrooms on the top floor have AC.

We have decided to buy this summer vacation home as a get away home near to Boston and to the best beaches of New England. That way we can avoid the flight tickets and the stress to go somewhere else enjoying the free time with our whole family in such a nice peaceful beach town.

We found this vacation home to be everything it was advertised to be. The house is in a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood setting. The side garden was lovely. It was very clean and comfortable. The furnishings depict a couple with a love of life and travel. The central location between beaches, dining, and shopping was very convenient. We didn't have to spend a lot of time in the car to enjoy all the area has to offer. Great band concert on the old-fashioned common on the Fourth of July! Americana at it's best! Our favorite place was the deck with the heavy duty awning. We used the grill to cook a lovely lobster and enjoyed every morsel. A little private oasis. The owners were very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. I would happily recommend this home.

The house is well maintained, in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a large deck - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. It is centraly located, near the shoping centers and beautiful Dennis beaches. The owners were very friendly and took the time to show us around. They checked with us frequently to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The showed us where to purchase a weekly parking pass - well worth it. I will definitely recommend it to anyone, especially to families with small children. In order to find parking at the Mayflower beach, try to be there before 9 AM. But not to wory, if the wait is not worth it, continue driving to Chapin beach. We preferred to unload and drop off most of the party at the Mayflower and parked at Chapin. It was a short 15-20 minutes well worth walk on the beach from Chapin.

We stayed in this house with our extended family for several days over the Christmas holiday. Everything in it worked well and it is "as advertised" although the furniture and decor is a bit dated. The owner made sure we had everything we needed while there. The neighborhood is nice - very residential and quiet but nothing is walkable so you definitely need a car although the beach is just a short drive away.

Our stay was very enjoyable. It was a great combination of many things; comfortable stay with family, great weather and many great beaches close by. The house is located in a quiet residential area...it is a very short drive to some of the best beaches... namely the Mayflower Beach which was a great beach for families with young children. Count on getting up early and going to the beach before 10am as we found on several occasions that the parking lot fills up pretty quickly...but don't worry...there are several other close-by beaches you could go as well. Already planning to go there again next summer...Happy Summer !!

Had a great time vacationing here. Perfect size for two families to share. Listing description and pictures are accurate, and property was clean.
