Sand in your shoes! Sit on the sandy beach in front of your own unit with nothing but sand and a breeze between you and the bay! A two bedroom, one bath Condo located in a four-unit beachfront building in Oceanside on Route 6A (945 Commercial St) in P-town. Shuttle bus to town stops at the units next to us, or ride your bike into town (1.5 mi to the center of P-Town). There is a queen-size bed and ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and two double beds in the second bedroom - all decorated with pretty summer quilts. There is a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Kitchen, living room, dining area has fabulous views of the bay and sunsets over P-town. Sliders open onto a shaded deck for times when the beach is too sunny or for ferry-watching with your morning cup of coffee. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. New Andersen windows throughout. Also a flat panel TV, DVD, and extended basic cable (yes, you get the Red Sox).
Renters must bring their own bed linens and towels. Local phone service is provided; a phone card or cell phone is required for long-distance calls. Coin operated washer and dryer in building next door.
The unit is rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday 4 pm check-in (possibly earlier) to Saturday 11 am check-out. Maximum of five persons, no pets, no smoking.

This location is a perfect place to simply relax and enjoy the beauty of Provincetown. The condo is spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is a perfect fit for vactioners of all ages--right on the bay, easy access to restaurants, night life, and all types of activities for children and adults. Ocean beaches only about 5 minutes away. Whale watching, sailing, and great restaurants just minutes away. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in spending time at the beach in a lovely condo with a front deck facing Cape Cod Bay. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the Cape.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time at this little gem. Low tides were the highlight of the day and we spent many of them playing on the sand. Close enough to town if you want a morning walk to a coffee shop. Provincetown has so much to do that we have to come back again to see it all. Nice breezes at night kept things cool enough to sleep. Everything we needed was at the condo, even sugar for your morning coffee! Couldn't beat the view from the deck. The picture of the trail to the beach is really that close to the back door! Things were up to date and clean...we would come back in a heartbeat. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had and the arrival/departure went smoothly. Thank you!

Our favorite place to stay in PTown. Great views, great breeze and enough space. The property is perfect for adults and kids. Kids can go right out to the sand to play and explore low tide on the Bay. Adults can have cocktails on the deck and watch the moon rise over the water. And... there's parking and a washer/ drier (coin operated)!!! I only hope that too many folks don't discover it because of my feedback. It is such a find!
