The home is not far from other attractions, Santa Barbara is a beautiful short drive away. Located between the Channel Islands Harbor and the Ventura Harbor and the gateway for the Channel Islands. Boating fishing and shopping are very close.
The weather is pleasantly appealing and nice ocean breezes, very comfortable. This is a new rental and everything is new.

I am a Real Estate Broker/Builder and full service Real Estate Company.
I built this home about two years ago and turned it into a vacation home.
Have had many wonderful guests and made many new friends. The home is
