Upscale home has big gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops beautiful maple wood floors, three decks, one off kitchen and a rooftop deck with ocean view. Four big bedrooms and beautiful showers. Also included is an Outdoor shower for after beach use.
Very nice location short walk to beach down pathway. This is a new beach rental and is super clean and comfortable for a family or two. If we don't have what you need just ask we may be able to provide for you.
The home is not far from other attractions, Santa Barbara is a beautiful short drive away. Located between the Channel Islands Harbor and the Ventura Harbor and the gateway for the Channel Islands. Boating fishing and shopping are very close.
The weather is pleasantly appealing and nice ocean breezes, very comfortable. This is a new rental and everything is new.

I built this home about two years ago and turned it into a vacation home.
