July/August: $3500. per week, one week minimum
May/Sept/Oct: $2500. per week / $375. per night, 2 night minimum
Nov-April: $1800. per week / $300. per night, 2 night minimum
plus 5.5% room tax and 5.5% state sales tax
cleaning and linen fee: $150.
Week starts 3PM Saturday, through 11AM the next Saturday.
Refundable security deposit $1000.

Excellent vacation home

We stayed at the cottage over Memorial Day weekend. The water was still cold to enjoy yet the sand beach was fun for the kids. Its a very nice house-well furnished , great kitchen fully stocked and appliances are top notch. We had 6 kids in our group and the 8 bunk bed room was a hit. The house has lot of areas for kids and adults to have their own space. We enjoyed the outside patio and had good time doing the bar-b-que on outside grill with music playing on the sound system. I thank the owner and caretaker for keeping the house in such good shape and sharing for other families to enjoy a rare sand beach property in Door county.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
