June: $3000 per week, one week minimum
July/August: $3500 per week, one week minimum
May/Sept/Oct: $2500 per week / $400 per night, 2 night min
Nov-April: $1700 per week / $300. per night, 2 night min
plus 5.5% room tax and 5.5% state sales tax
cleaning and linen fee: $120
Week starts 3PM Saturday, through 11AM the next Saturday.
Refundable security deposit $1000.
