We offer these two ocean view condos combined for your larger group gatherings. Together, they represent 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, two fully stocked kitchens, 2 two car garages, 2 washers and 2 dryers, 4 ocean view decks, etc.! Wow! Here is the place for your large family gatherings! You want to ALL be together, but enjoy a little peace and quiet later.
Separately Condo B (La Casita de Bailyn) is a 2/2.5 and Condo C (La Casita de Colton) is a 3/3. These are right across a hall landing from one another. Each luxury condo has a two car garage, gourmet kitchen, family room with extra sleeping. B has a convertible full sofa and C has a queen sofa sleeper. All bedrooms have top of the line luxury sleeping accommodations. Each has a master bedroom with a Cal. King bed, B has a full/full bunk and twin bed, while C has a queen bed. C has an additional 3rd bedroom with another twin/full bunk and a trundle beneath. Both B and C bunks are set up wonderfully for children or teens.
There are flat screen TVs throughout and several TVs with DVD/VHRs. Each condo has private balconies with beautiful views up and down the coast. Each condo includes wireless and high-speed internet connections, washer and dryer in garage, deluxe shared BBQ, exterior shared foot wash for washing off feet and boards. Game Cube (no games), Bose Ipod docking station, highchair, and pack-n-play available upon request. No Pets, no smoking. Why the Owner Chose Pismo Beach
This is a 23 mile sandy, flat beach. There are tons of things the area has to offer, winter or summer! In the summer, people escape the heat of north, east or south. Tired of crowded and hassle-filled airports, delayed and cancelled flights, traffic, lines, and long hours on Greyhound in the sky? See if this sounds better . . . A two or three-hour drive along the Pacific ocean, through wine country to a little paradise called The Gold Coast. In beautiful Pismo Beach or Oceano, you will be in the middle of a 23-mile long crescent-shaped beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the pier. You can paddle a kayak amidst the otters and pelicans, catch some waves on your long board, ride ATVs or horses on the sand, have a campfire and roast marsh mellows at night, or tour the wineries just minutes from downtown. And if you would rather just relax, there are plenty of places on the sand to put a blanket or chair and just watch the waves roll in.

Owner's Map of Pismo Beach
My husband and I completed construction on Tres Tesoros in 2006. We spent about a year designing the Tri-plex. We named the building Tres Tesoros after our three wonderful children. Each condo is named appropriately after one of our three children. We have Condo A... La Casita de Amelia, Condo B... is La Casita de Bailyn and lastly, Condo C is La Casita de Colton. We also have some other properties located just south of Pismo Beach in Oceano, CA. We also have several things in Colorado as well.

The perfect place for a reunion. Extremely comfortable beds and enough space for everyone. We all agreed that we slept better than at home. Great location very near downtown Pismo and it's beautiful beach. Marian was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely rent these condos again.

These condos are so comfortable, beautiful, well-maintained, stocked and classy. Every bedroom had a nice t.v! All the appliances are good quality. The whole decor was comforting....certainly a "home away from home". I hope to do business again. Thank you VRBO for making our vacation awesome!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time up in Pismo! It didn’t hurt that the weather was absolutely perfect..probably in the 70’s on Thanksgiving Day. The condo situation worked perfectly as the kids just went back and forth between the units! I wanted to let you know that we ate most meals in Condo C (the bigger one?) and I brought some utensils over from Condo B. so if one condo had more or less than the other that is what happened. We tried to count everything but I’m not sure that we got everything back in the right condo. I just wanted to let you know, so you don’t think we took anything by mistake…Again, thanks for a wonderful recommendation on these condos and hopefully we will come back again next year!!Have a great holiday season!

What a great time we had! We visit Pismo every June for my eldest daughter's birthday. Usually we camp, but we have quite a few family & friends who prefer to stay in hotels. I think they'll be staying at Tres Tesoros from now on!

We had a fabulous time!!! Thanks! We were so comfortable and had our space plus the weather was beautiful. Loved the beach, fishing from the pier, seeing and hearing the sea lions at Avila pier, and watching whales off the cliffs. We visited some nearby wineries. Our families from Naperville, IL were so impressed as were the California crew. Thanks again!
