Building 15 Unit 307,1747 square foot, Ocean View, three bedroom, two bathroom condominium in a gated community. Attractively furnished unit, within steps of the just opened Recreation Building II and beach access path with views of the plush nature preserve.
Everything from the furniture to the beds to the appliances to the linens in the condo is brand spanking new!
The unit's Master King Suite has a balcony that overlooks a beautiful pond and lighted fountain that offers relaxing views. There is a Queen bed in one guest room and two Twin beds in the other. The living room and balcony facing east will give you a view of the ocean which is just a short walk away.
We purchased premium bedding so that there will be no backaches in the morning;(2) inflatable mattresses so you can sleep up to 10; multiple sets of high thread count sheets for improved comfort; multiple sets of bathroom linens; and a multitude of kitchen appliances so you can eat every meal in the condo if you prefer home cooking.
For your comfort and convenience, our condo is smoke-free and pet-free.
OCEANWALK is a gated community located just across the Street from New Smyrna Beach. Our Condo is in building #15 which means that you can roller-blade, bike or walk to the white sandy beach in less than five minutes.
Besides the amenities listed below, there is a big screen TV in the family room with DVD player and TV's in every bedroom with video game hook-ups.
The OCEANWALK condo complex consists of all new buildings with loads of amenities such as tennis, basketball, bocce ball, shuffle board, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 clubhouses, 2 Gyms, a sauna and a Movie Theater Room you can reserve for Private Showings .
