This Hotel Condo is Located on the 4th Floor(Top Floor) of the Marylander at 6 127th Street in Ocean City. It is About 50 steps from the beach. There is a Good View of the Ocean from the Balcony of the Unit. the Unit Has a Separate Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room. the Kitchen is Complete with Dishes, Pots, and Pans Plus Dishwasher, Microwave Oven and Refrigerator. It has its own washer/dryer next to the bathroom door. the Furniture is Relatively New and Features an Italian Leather Sleep Sofa in the Living Room. There is also a Desk to Use for Your Laptop and reading material. The living room and bedroom are newly carpeted. Both the living room and bedroom have their own TV.

We had a great time at the Marylander. It was clean & roomy. It's not luxury, but for the prices, you can't expect that. The indoor pool saved us when it poured the first day there. It is very close to the beach, close enough that my 1 year old walked to the beach without a problem. They are very clear that they have no tolerance for late night noise, etc., which suited me fine. The only cons in my opinion were that the walls are thin - we could hear conversations beside us, and normal foot traffic above us was easily heard, and they don't have a private outside shower for after checkout, so if you don't want to drive home dirty, you can't go to the beach on your last day. Other than that, we were very happy, and would highly recommend it to families looking for a great value. Their website is very accurate, and we got what we expected. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were disappointed in this condo - the view from the unit was of the stucco building across the alley, the bed was soft and actually squeaked, and the AC could cool either the front living area or the bedroom but not both. The owner told us we should go out to the balcony for the ocean view, but the very noisy AC unit was out there blowing hot air, so it wasn't very pleasant. The building is half a block from the beach and in a very convenient location. That's the most positive thing we can think of to say about this condo.
