This condo has a great ocean view from the balcony...you can even see the pool and ocean while sitting inside on the sofa (not many condos at HHB&T offer an ocean view from the sofa)!
This condo has been completely renovated. The entire condo was gutted and all new appliances, furniture and everything else was put back in.
One of the greatest family resorts on Hilton Head Island! Named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 10 resorts on Hilton Head Island! Sleeps 4-6 with queen bed, sleeper sofa and 2 children can sleep in the built-in bunks in the sleeping alcove.
Our second floor condo offers a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and resort swimming pool. Our condo is just steps away from both the largest pool on Hilton Head Island, and the beautiful soft sand of the resort's beach and Atlantic Ocean. Our condo offers a VCR/DVD, stereo, HDTV, and wireless broadband internet for your entertainment! The TV in the livingroom is a large 32" flat screen LCD TV and has a DVD and VCR while the TV in the bedroom has cable and a VCR.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a gated resort with 24 hour security. There is a playground, picnic area with grills, ten lighted tennis courts and basketball courts. Enjoy a snack or lunch at the pool side bar and grill, lunch or dinner at the Coconutz Sports Bar and restaurant. There are two full-size pools, one is the largest on the island. There is also a kiddie pool for the little ones! In season - bike rentals available, ocean/poolside café. There is also an on site general store. Hilton Head has lots of shopping, more than 500 specialty and outlet shops from all price ranges. Other activities minutes away include deep-sea fishing, crabbing, nature cruises, and golfing. From the island historic Charleston, South Carolina is 2 hours away and Savannah, Georgia is 45 minutes away.

We decided to buy this condo a few months before we got married and had it completely renovated. We decided to use our "honeymoon" fund on this condo instead of going on a traditional honeymoon vacation. The first time we ever stayed in the condo was on our honeymoon when we spent our first week as newlyweds there. Hilton Head has always been our favorite getaway spot and we try to go as often as we can. Living only a little over 2 hours away makes that possible! We took a great amount of care selecting everything in the condo and deciding on all the changes that were made. We hope that you decide to spend your vacation there...if so we know you will be back!

We stayed week of April 16-23, Condo had just what we needed and it is a great location. Pool is very nice. We would stay again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend at you condo! The property amenities are great, and the location of your condo on the property is perfect. My wife was impressed that everything she needed in the kitchen was there, too. Clean, comfortable, perfect! We'll definitely be back when we can find a full week in our schedule.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed in several condos at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis and yours is the best. We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the large pool and the short walk to the beach! We will be in touch soon! BTW, we loved the Old Oyster Factory!
