Very comfortable modern furnishings, private fenced in yard, small guest house on property if party needs more room. Park the car and walk everywhere. Very quiet with high end comfortable beds. House is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (new king bed in master and single bed in second bedroom)and the carriage home has 2 queen beds and another bath. So a total of 3 baths if you need both homes.
