Why the Owner Chose Camp Richardson
Because this property is on the edge of town adjacent to US Forest Service land, it is very easy to "escape" into the quiet of the forest for hiking, biking and skiing, yet still be close to restaurants and shopping.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy this property because of the proximity to mountain biking trails and backcountry skiing, both of which we can do right out the door. Additionally, all snow removal is taken care of by the grounds maintenance crew.
