This 9th floor gem offers sweeping ocean views. And only 100 meters from the world-famous Manly beach, it is the perfect place for a beach holiday, a romantic getaway, or a base to explore the beautiful city of Sydney. Only 500 meters away you will find Manly wharf, from where you can enjoy a scenic 30 minute trip on the famous Manly ferry into Sydney's central business district.
Many people have asked about noise, this apartment is quiet. No noise from the lift, and being high up, street noise is not a problem.
The building is a mixture of permanent residential apartments and holiday apartments. The majority of our guests have been around middle-aged, and many retired couples too, as well as young families. We have only had one guest complain about noise, when somebody in the building was having a party, this should be a rare incident since there are strict rules and regulations regarding noise in the building since there are permanent residents living there too. So such incidents should be rare.
Guests have been very happy with the apartment. The apartment usually exceeds peoples expectations.
