Via San Andros is a charming and beautifully furnished three bedroom/two bath home located near Decatur Boulevard and W. Flamingo Road, only minutes to Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Gold Coast, Palms and Rio Casinos.
Tile floors throughout the public areas and baths, carpeted bedrooms sleep 8 in two queens, two twins and one king. Largest bedroom features bath with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower combination.
The full kitchen has a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, gas stove and oven and a refrigerator with freezer. Cookware, utensils, glassware and dishes are furnished, as well as linens and towels, washer, dryer, iron and board.
Six can be seated at the dining table and two sofas accommodate 5-7 in the living room. Local phone service is provided. A calling card is required for long distance.
Off street parking for three vehicles. Food-4-Less grocery, Makino's Seafood and Sushi Restaurant, shopping/dining in the neighborhood. Owners Kim and Paul will gladly direct you to all the best buffets and attractions in Vegas. You will be delighted with this quiet retreat from all the Vegas action!
