Great spot close to fun bars, resturaunts, Beach, amusements. On the bayside water with great fishing and crabbing minutes away by boat.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Close walk to the beach, food stores, resturaunts and Bars. Property has 2 pools one indoor and another outdoor. The indoor pool has free Wifi Internet service.
What can I say the best Bar/Resturaunt on the East Coast and one of the top 5 in the US.

My family and I spent a week in the Ocean City condo. The location was wonderful! The condo is about a block from the beach and walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Even better, we were able to sit on the deck overlooking the bay every morning. My father and husband even went crabbing right off the dock slip! The listing was spot on and the condo was very comfortable. Eric is very helpful and accommodating. During our stay we had a few questions and we called him. He got right back to us and helped us out. I definitely recommend this rental! We can't wait to go back!

We have stayed here several times and each time just gets better. The location is great -- close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful setting on the bay-- very relaxing. Can't wait to go back.

AC didn't appear to be working right, called the owner in which my husband tried to troubleshoot it with him to no evail. Since when is the rentee responsible if there is ANY problems in a rental???? So because my husband tried and tweeked his AC unit and breaker box, to help out the owner we didn't receive all of our security deposit!!! According to the owner, it was a simple fix that didn't require a trip out to the condo!?!?
Owner response:In over 7 years of renting this unit this is the 1st and only deduction we have made to a security deposit. The deduction was due to a service call generated by the renter's actions. We deducted the cost of the service call only. An AC repairman was sent to the unit to address the AC problem reported by the renter. The repairman arrived to find that the renter had turned off the breaker to the Air Conditioning unit. Prior to sending the repairman we asked the renter to verify that all of the breakers were on in electrical panel as the AC was functional for the prior 3 renters. Renter received all of their security deposit less a small fee for the truck roll of the AC repairman.
