The condo is walking distance to many amenities (beach, both indoor & outdoor pools, grocery/drug store, restaurants, bus stop). The owner promptly answered all emails and calls, very responsive to all questions. The unit was built in the mid-80s and appliances and furniture (including mattresses) seem to be from that era. The living room sleeper sofa is an old-school Ikea futon; I'm not sure that anyone older than 8 would find it an acceptable sleeping situation. The TV in the living room is nice although satellite has no local channels; the TV in the master bedroom is small and analog. The digital thermostat keeps the temp at 74F in the main living areas, the bedrooms were a little warmer. The kitchen has a number of pots & pans.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

PROS: Great location by the bay Child friendly Close to beach and grocery stores CONS: Advertised with outdoor grill which was falling apart and unusable upon arrival Stained window/broken screen that spoil the view from inside and cannot be opened A few things in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived mattresses and kitchen equipment could use an update Owners were not responsive when we mentioned these issuesDid you find this review helpful? My family and I spent a week in the Ocean City condo. The location was wonderful! The condo is about a block from the beach and walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Even better, we were able to sit on the deck overlooking the bay every morning. My father and husband even went crabbing right off the dock slip! The listing was spot on and the condo was very comfortable. Eric is very helpful and accommodating. During our stay we had a few questions and we called him. He got right back to us and helped us out. I definitely recommend this rental! We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo is great! Clean and modern... filled with everything one needs. coffee in the am looking over the bay is lovely. We really enjoyed out stay. Thanks:)Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We have stayed here several times and each time just gets better. The location is great -- close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful setting on the bay-- very relaxing. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

AC didn't appear to be working right, called the owner in which my husband tried to troubleshoot it with him to no evail. Since when is the rentee responsible if there is ANY problems in a rental???? So because my husband tried and tweeked his AC unit and breaker box, to help out the owner we didn't receive all of our security deposit!!! According to the owner, it was a simple fix that didn't require a trip out to the condo!?!?Recommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: In over 7 years of renting this unit this is the 1st and only deduction we have made to a security deposit. The deduction was due to a service call generated by the renter's actions. We deducted the cost of the service call only. An AC repairman was sent to the unit to address the AC problem reported by the renter. The repairman arrived to find that the renter had turned off the breaker to the Air Conditioning unit. Prior to sending the repairman we asked the renter to verify that all of the breakers were on in electrical panel as the AC was functional for the prior 3 renters. Renter received all of their security deposit less a small fee for the truck roll of the AC repairman.
