Why the Owner Chose Helen
We celebrated our wedding anniversay the last of October every year in this part of the country and decided it would be a great place to have a second home.
Since we built this cabin we've discovered that the spring is just as vibrant and enjoyable as the autumns and that the summer nights are cool and refreshing.

This is a great cabin! Beautiful inside and out. Took my son for a weekend Father/son trip and had a great time. My son of course loved the hot tub. This cabin was clean and u felt comfortable in it. Very peaceful and secluded. Will definitely be back real soon.

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The photos of the cabin do not do it justice. It was absolutely fantastic in everyway and immaculate! We prepared a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed. There were many wonderful things to do nearby and Susan was a great help answering all our questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lone Wofl was everything we hoped for and more! It is beautiful inside and out! The owners have created a place of serenity and comfort. They have also been very helpful answering our questions about the property and the area. Access ito Lone Wolf is very easy and it is centrally located. We stayed several nights and enjoyed every moment. We strongly recommend Lone Wolf to anyone who wants first-class accommodations while visting the Helen, GA area!

The pictures do not do justice to this cabin. It is beautiful. It is tastefully decorated, without being over the top in "cabin decor". The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with everything you might need. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. Loved the beauty of the views and the privacy, while being close enough to Mt Yonah for hiking and Helen for dining. Darn near perfect!

The weekend at Lone Wolf provided us with the relaxing weekend we were hoping for. The views, decor, and amenities of the cabin gave it the perfect ambiance. Although our travel time was minimal, we felt we had the seclusion and scenery of a trip much farther from home. We definitely hope to return to Lone Wolf. Thank you for sharing.

David & Susan your cabin is beautiful. It is very comfortable and cozy - private and peaceful. On top of that, my husband and I have never had a bed sleep so comfortably that was not our own! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips in the cabin and we were close enough to get in and out of Helen to enjoy that as well. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the near future, hopefully for a longer weekend stay. If you are visiting from Atlanta, take 985 all the way (it will turn into 365) to Duncan Bridge Rd and make a left. Take approximately 12 miles and then make the right on the second one Albert Henderson. The MapQuest directions we received from the computer were bad and David and Susan were so kind to help us find our way after we drove over 3 hours for a trip that actually takes one hour! Thanks for everything!

To say this place is PERFECT is an understatement. This place is beyond beautiful. Great location. Close to town, but just far enough away to be peaceful. Decorated warmly and very high end feeling. Can't wait to come back AMAZING!!!
