Needed a get away from the wide open pace of every day madness and found it here. Quiet, peaceful, friendly neighbors, and a beautiful new cabin to do it in. Found everything clean and user friendly. Shower in master bath is great. Kitchen is laid out nicely and enough movies and books to keep anyone busy on a rainy day. I was asked if I would come back and stay again, and I told them, "in a heartbeat."

The cabin itself is really nice. Cozy and comfy. Would be more comfy if there were curtains however. It's on a neighborhood circle. So it's definitely not secluded. It is located very near the Appalachian Trail but without any directions on how to find it. Pet friendly but all the neighborhood dogs are loose so it's a bit of a worry when walking your own dogs.

My friends and I had a great weekend at this cabin. The cabin was very nice with stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood, stone, and tile work, very comfortable beds, and all of the ammenties we needed including complimentary wine. However, we were under the impression (from speaking with management proir to trip and viewing pictures) that the cabin was secluded and we would be able to fish in the trout pond. There were no fish in the pond. I spoke with the property manager who informed they would be getting soemone to watch the property because it is believed that someone must be fishing and stealing firewood (we ran out the second night). We also caught a group of people from another cabin in the driveway in the middle of the night who said they were looking for firewood when we asked what they were doing. We loved the high ceilings and many large windows but the view is of other cabins. There are no blinds on the windows in the living room (which would be perfect if you are not in a residential nieghborhood) so at night there isnt any privacy. All and all we had a blast and recommend this cabin to those who love luxury in the woods with hiking close by but seclusion and fishing is not most important.

Kay's Kabin was beautiful. The cabin was nice and clean. The cabin had a small trout pond and fire pitt great for both children and adults. The cabin did have a lot of other cabins and houses around it, but they were hardly noticible with all the trees surrounding the cabin. The bed in the master was great and the shower was also very nice. Trails were close by and the mountain views driving to the cabin was awesome. The cabin was also accessible by car which was nice. I would recommend Kay's Kabin!

Great location, conveniently located between Dahlonega and Blairsville. Easy to find, googlemaps directions took us straight there with no problems. Very clean and well maintained. The only problem we ran into was there was no firewood provided although the webside said there would be. Would definitly recommend to friends and hope to visit again soon.

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin at such short notice. Everything was so very clean and comfortable. We love the area with it's beautiful scenery....so relaxing. We went down to Lennie's restaurant and had a great time. They've got one of the best cheeseburgers ever!! Hope to come back soon. Thanks, The Wilsons (Glennville, GA)

This is a very nice, comfortable cabin in a peaceful location. They do need more dishes to accommodate 6-8 sleeping there, but it was fine for the 3 of us. Very nicely decorated and we loved spending time on the porch most of the day. You can get to the Appalachian Trail via a trail at the top of the road. We will definitely go again.

This cabin is a great find. It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing on multiple levels and very amenable to cooking for and entertaining 6 adults. It would be great for families too. The owner was responsive, hospitable and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Hiking trails and Lake Winfield Scott, a delightful mountain lake for fishing or swimming is just 10 minutes away. And the restorative beauty and stillness of nature is all around.

Our family tries to go a couple of times per year. It is the most peaceful yet modern cabin. It is always stocked with more than you would ever never. We love to eat, sit on the porch, fish, watch a movie or two and play games. It's the best family time we have. Usually we go into Dalonega one day for antique shopping and to have a dinner out . It's close enough by and we love the shops there! I would highly reccommend Kays cabin for anyone looking for some relaxation and quality time with that special someone. The beds are comfortable and no expenses spared. We love the tiled bathrooms and luxurious feel of the overall place. It's a great place for a family or two to three couples too! Very romantic. Being in the cabin at night is nice as well so many lighting choices for fun or romance. Long story short...We love it!!

Our family came up here from southwest Georgia and we had a great stay. The cabin was very clean. The cabin is cozy and decorated with nice things. The AT is only 1000 feet or so away around the circle paved drive or you can enter it at Lake Winfield Scott which is only a mile away. Cooper's Creek looks deep and wide enough to hold some nice trout. Suches is a nice little community also. Don't forget to go to the water falls up the road from Vogle State Park. The falls are a few miles back in the woods but worth the trip. Helen,Ga is only 30 minutes as is Dahlonega. The cabin is very comfortable and cozy. One of the showers has a Bear in it!! Mike and Family from Southwest,GA. I would recommend this to a friend or relative.

This is one of the most beautiful vacation cabins we have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful & serene. The pictures don't even do it justice - you must experience it in person. It was very well stocked with all of the necessities and then some.....just bring your groceries and you are set. There is lots of beautiful hiking and you are fairly close to Dahlonega - or you will be just as happy relaxing at the cabin. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a laundry room as well. I would definitley recommend this cabin to anyone! We will be back!

My son & I went up to Suches to escape the heat as well as the hustle & bustle of Tampa. Kay's Kabin is a great size for the small family. It was very clean and had all the necessities for a nice quiet week away from it all. Also, in my opinion you haven't lived if you haven't experienced Suches. It's a beautiful little piece of heaven.

We had a fantastic, relaxing time at this cabin. It was very clean, with a great kitchen, bedrooms, and shower. There was a great selection of movies to watch, a very nice grill, and it was fun taking walks around the area. The owner was gracious, and we even stayed an extra half day we were so pleased. This cabin is good for couples, families, and families with small children. The pond and porch swing were enjoyable. We will be back!
