A fireplace is also in the family room and tile floors are everywhere except for the bedrooms. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
The master suite offers a fireplace for those cool desert nights, as well as doors that lead to the patio and overlook the pool. It has a kingsize bed and armoire with large TV inside. The master bath has a deep tub and a seperate shower plus double vanities and a huge walk in closet.
The 2nd guest bedroom also has a king bed and a desk with a computer and printer/fax,as well as, a big TV. There is high speed internet in the house also.
The 3rd bedroom has sliders that lead out to the pool area and it has a Queen bed and TV.
The backyard and pool area are quite inviting and have lots of outdoor furniture and a gas
grill. There is seating for at least 8 plus 2 lounges. There are also pool floats for the
heated pool and a hot tub. The landscaping includes lots of tropical plants, roses and fruit
trees.
