Furnished condo in peaceful Cardiff Cove (this unit is next to pool, away from freeway). West of the 5 with easy access to freeway, beaches, lagoon trails. Nice restaurants (Ki’s, Chart House, Las Olas, the Beach House) and the Seaside Market only a minute away. The complex features ocean and lagoon views. It is an easy five minute drive to the track.

The unit is very clean, bright and a stone’s throw from a heated pool, community pool house and hot tub.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed (although can possibly accommodate with twin beds in one room with ample notice), 1 bath, full laundry room with extra large washer/dryer, two decks.
