Enjoy great island mountain and valley views from "The Surf House". “The Surf House” is a very beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental, decorated in a Hawaiian surf motif. This house is in a great location in Kappa. “The Surf House” has plenty of room for two or more (1,400 sq ft). The kitchen is equipped with so much, that even Martha Stewart would be happy! The kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Yes, there is a dishwasher (hey, you are on vacation)! The living room has bamboo furnishings, and is equipped with an entertainment center that houses a 27" tv/dvd/vcr. The bedroom features a king bed as well as a private bath and another television. This extra large 1 bedroom rental has 2 televisions, so that couples can both watch what they want, when they want. There is also a spare lockout bedroom that can be added on for visitors for added flexibility. Add standard 10% vacation rental tax as well as a $60 cleaning fee.
