$350 security deposit; check-in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m

You may clean, do all laundry and change linens yourself prior to departure
or pay me $200 for my cleaning person; please allow enough time to do laundry!
Price may vary for holidays/special events.
Receipt of your 50% payment plus $350 security deposit secures your dates;
balance due at least 30 days prior to reservation.
