We love the cottage. It had everything we needed. The beaches are very beautiful. Anna Maria is a little piece of heaven. We've spotted a lot of dolphins at the beach, near the pier around 17:00 o'clock every day. We saw manatees, rays and a lot of other animals. The cottage has bicycles so we could discouver the neighborhood. We just love the environment on the Island. We want to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage. Best regards from fam. Perfect Beach Cottage

I found this charming little cottage a few years ago It has a great location and is picture perfect.I have stayed there for the past three years and will be back next year.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our first stay on Anna Maria and it won't be the last. We loved this little "enchanted" cottage! And Anne Marie provides all the toys one could need for the beach - cooler, air floats for the gulf, bikes, towels, umbrella and chairs! The location is ideal - the trolley stops right around the corner at the pier. The bay beach is just beautiful and very quiet most of the time, and just 100 yards from the house. You can walk way out in the crystal clear water of the bay on the nice sandy bottom. The bed in the master bedroom is very, very comfortable and the house is just perfect for a couple. There are several eating establishments within walking distance and we walked nightly over to the gulf beach to watch sunset. Anna Maria Island at the North end is very quiet and very, very safe. I never once thought about safety issues. We're looking forward to going back next year!! Thank you Anne Marie and it was so nice to meet you before our departure!

Just spent a week at Le Cottage Enchante and had a wonderful time. Great location, quiet and was equipt with all that we needed.

We loved this charming little cottage. The owner was very friendly. We did not want the week to end. The beaches were clean and the water clear. We cannot wait to go back again

A wonderful and peaceful place to stay at a marvelous, laid-back island. Just a few steps from beach and pier, provides all the comfort and atmosphere of a real home. We loved the place and the helpful approach of Anne-Marie very much.

We just returned from this rental and sadly wouldn't return.The location was great and it stops there. The ad was somewhat misleading in items provided to guests. The only umbrella was old and broken, no kayaks, no trampoline on the property, only one rusted bike out of five had air. No provisions that owner requests to be used and have in order at checkout(trash bags, windex, laundry soap, washcloths, paper towels, napkins). It was unlike any VRBO I have stayed in. We own 4 VRBO"s and pride ourselves on going above and beyond to make our guests comfortable. We had dirty sheets with hairs and body stains, blood stain on a chair cushion, blankets had hairs all over them. This VRBO did not show pride in ownership, owner was rude, and doesn't reflect well for the VRBO site. I sadly could not refer this to anyone.

Owner response: I was very surprised & quite saddened to see these guests complain about my cottage as we were on very friendly terms, being both VRBO patrons. They had no problem that they let me know about while they were here. They had my phone # & if they had really found anything wrong,all they had to do, was to let me know & I would have taken care of it. There is a guest book in the cottage with many,many highly complimentary reviews from my guests,thanking me for both the cottage & the friendly & kind manner I dealt with them. These particular guests actually left happy & thanked me for their stay the night before their departure.They were scheduled to check out at 10 am but at the last minute,late the night before they informed me that they were leaving at 6 am & asked me if their daughter who did not check in with them and whom I didn't know,could get back for them the $100 security deposit. Although my policy is to check out the people who check in & give the deposit back to them, I agreed, wanting to help out & they thanked me for doing so. However at the new scheduled check out time the daughter was still in bed sleeping & I imagine was not happy that she couldn't stay and keep on sleeping. My cleaning lady couldn't at the last minute rearrange her schedule & I ended up having to clean the cottage myself. So I really went out of my way for these particular guests. Their comments are very unkind & especially untrue. For example,there was no hair on any of the blankets & certainly no dirty sheets,nor any blood stains. The cottage was checked by me personally after the cleaning was done before these guests checked in. As I always do. Also I DO NOT require guests to leave behind at checkout, washcloths, laundry soap, windex, paper towels, napkins etc..What a strange idea !.. I do not advertise that I provide these items either although there is always an array of cleaning products under the kitchen sink. I have over a dozen bicycles that my guests are welcome to use as well as beach accessories such as beach chairs,umbrellas etc..And these items are offered for free and as is. As advertised kayak & trampoline are accessible (at my beachfront property) so all my guests can have easy access & enjoy them,straight of the beach. I hope that future guests will not be put off by such fabricated comments which are very much uncalled for & made without consideration of the kindness I showed these guests.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. As we arrived and saw the pictures in the bedroom I felt very at home. The local grocer had my favorite blackberries and your kitchen was well equipped that I baked a pie for the family. Thanks for thinking of even the least detail and sharing such a beautiful place, for others to make memories.

What a wonderful,delightful,confortable place to call home! Anne Marie is very easy & accomodating (we locked ourselves out of the house our first day here). She has an incredibly loving heart. I wish we were closer to get to know each other better! Thank you so much for sharing heart and home!

I cannot tell you enough what a delightful cottage you have here.A true pleasure for my family and I. My oldest daughter begs to stay forever. I just returned from a week at this magical cottage. The location is perfect, a block to the bay beaches and piers and 4 blocks to the gulf beaches. Shops & restaurants are within a block or two. The cottage is bright, full of light with a fully equipped modern kitchen, bath, W&D and cable TV. It is landscaped beautifully & has a white picket fence which is ideal for pets. I highly recommend the cottage, the price is a true value and the owner was a pleasure to do business with. Have a great time!

This is a lovely cottage, centrally located between ocean and gulf, surrounded by beautiful green landscaping that provides a great deal of pleasure and privacy. Ann Marie, the owner, is friendly, reliable, generous, honest, and very accomodating. If you are looking for a laid back place with character, everything you need, and yet want a great location, this is the best.
