This is an exquisitely remodeled third (top) floor unit in peaceful complex one block near the powdery white sand beaches of Siesta Key. A short walk to Crescent beach will have you enjoying the white sands in no time. Our condo is stocked with great amenities, gives you the cleanliness you want, and lets you enjoy an affordable vacation like no other.
We know you will appreciate the shiny granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, natural stone floors, crown molding, and recessed lighting that make our unit bright, luxurious and inviting. For your enjoyment we have a brand new 32' Flat Screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, 27' TV in the master with DVD, and a 19' Flat Screen TV in second bedroom with a PlayStation 2 and game library for children (or young in heart). We want to stress that our unit is exceptionally clean and cared for, and given the utmost attention whenever there is need. That means we make sure you have a great place to stay so you'll come back!
OUR LOCATION: Our unit is near many island activities and Restaurants and close to culturally-rich Sarasota; you can easily cross over the Stickney Point Bridge to the mainland to enjoy theaters and galleries. Golfers can select from several beautiful golf course, and shoppers can enjoy a day at area malls or stylish shopping areas in downtown Sarasota or St. Armands Circle. Sarasota attractions include the Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine, GWiz (hands-on science center) and Sarasota Jungle Gardens. The amazing natural beauty of Siesta Key is unforgettable. The beaches are jewels, literally, as the sand is composed almost entirely of pure quartz. You can watch awe inspiring sunsets on Turtle, Crescent or Siesta Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Vista Hermosa
We chose to buy a vacation rental on Siesta Key because we have frequented the island many times using rentals over the course of 10 years. We love the location, the beach and the village. At our property location, we really appreciated the cleanliness of the community, the size of the pool and the beautifully updated unit. We felt that we could add our special touches to the unit and make it truly a fantastic place to rent, own and stay in. The short walk to the beach is little more or less than a 8 minute stroll. The brightness of the unit and the contemporary decor is what made us feel immediately at home. The grounds are convenient to some of our favorite places to eat and the Stickney Point bridge. We love that there are many nearby convieniences we can walk to.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Because it is a short stroll to the beach, we get the privacy and seclusion we want. It's a beautifully updated unit that is bright, has some luxurious touches but still remains family friendly. A washer and dryer installed in 2008 is a wonderful convenience to our guests. Leave your beach towels and toys behind, we make your stay easy by providing these things for you. We also take pride in ensuring our guests arrive to a clean and comfortable environment. Our condo is on the third floor and a corner unit, so it gets a lot of light. The pool is large with a deep and shallow end, and the deck area has been nicely updated. The surrounding grounds are clean and quiet . . . away from crowds (especially important during peak season). There are ice cream joints, restaurants, beach shops, drug store, post office and a salon nearby. All walking distance from the condo.

We are Paul and Diane Dacko. Paul works for a company that specializes in the sale of pharmaceutical medicine. Diane is a stay at home mom, busy with the daily tasks of running a family. We are a young christian family that includes two young boys and a new baby girl born in January 2010. We currently reside in Chicago, but frequently visit Sarasota and Siesta Key to enjoy our investement. The boys never stop talking about their "Florida home". It has been a huge blessing to have the opportunity to invest in real estate in such a beautiful location. Our family is enjoying many wonderful new memories each and every time we vacation at our condo. We would like you to stay at our condo and make many wonderful memories of your own!

We love it here! We recently enjoyed our second trip to the Vista Hermosa. We love the Dacko's condo! We feel very confortable. It is very clean, open, great pool, the beach is right across the street...easy to enjoy the day at the beach or just simply walk over and watch the sun set. Perfect location, great amenities, great pool and beach toys, washer and dryer and we love being able to cook/grill meals. Thank you Dacko's for opening your condo for us to enjoy!

Outstanding location. Everything we wanted inside and out. A five minute walk to the beach, shopping, drugstore, post office, restaurants, and 7-11 for morning coffee and the newspaper. Inside is up-to-date, immaculate, and very comfortable. Very friendly community atmosphere at the pool and in the clubhouse. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient retreat on Siesta Key.

We just returned from a month long visit to your beautiful Vista Hermosa Condo. Everything was in top notch condition, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We especially liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. The numeric key pad for entry was another bonus - no worries when going to the beach or out for the day that you might misplace a key. Walking for the morning paper or the beach was no more than five minutes. Many shops and restaurants are also a stroll away. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning in the future.
