This is a non-smoking 1 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront unit.
Unit recently decorated in a bright, beachy theme. Comfortable sofa sleeper in living room with gorgeous gulf views through the sliding glass doors. Master has king bed with television and private bath. Bunks in hallway with reading lights for the children!
Pelican Beach Resort is located directly on the beach in beautiful Destin. It is known for many amenities including a children’s recreation program during the summer peak season.
During the winter months, programs for “snowbirds” have included low impact aerobics, quilting, bridge, tennis and shuffle board tournaments, beach walks, bingo, poker nights, pot luck suppers, casino trips and many more.
The resort has 2 pools (an Indoor/Outdoor Pool & Outdoor Pool with waterfall) plus a Kiddy Pool, Tiki Bar, Convenience Store, Fitness Center, Chair/Umbrella Beach Rental, Beach Front Hot Tub, BBQ Grills, Tennis Courts, Covered Parking and much more.
Restaurants, groceries, shopping are all within walking distance. A short drive gets you to movie theaters, golf, charter fishing, Destin harbor, boat rentals, entertainment and much more. Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park is across the street.
Pictures of the gorgeous view of the world famous emerald green waters and sugar white beaches were taken from the balcony of our unit.
Unit sleeps 6 people (king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa and bunk beds in the hallway).
All linens and bath towels are provided. Coin operated washer/dryer available on each floor.

The owner was great to work with and during a busy time of the season she gave us a great rate. We all enjoyed the ocean view and the condo was top rate. We plan to book again with her in the future.

Stayed in this condo for 3 nights and 4 days, which is located directly on the beach. Wonderful view of the beach, very relaxing and nice. Pictures reflect the actual condo and are extremely accurate. The property is very clean and well-maintained. I could tell the owners take pride in their ownership!
