Dear Celso and Irene.... Thank you so much for letting my boyfriend and I stay in your beautiful condo. We have had an incredible time so far (and we don't really want to leave!). Today we did a sunset dolphin cruise - which was amazing. This trip has been very relaxing, and a great break from the snow and ice in Atlanta! Celso and Irene...... Thanks so much for letting us use 9224 again.... It was a short trip but very relaxing. Just my husband and I this time and no kids which was fun but quiet. We really enjoyed our mini vacation. When we walked in the door, we both said "home away from home"! We'll be back in march to Sandpiper and we are already counting! Dear Celso and Irene.....Thank you for the use of your condo for our week of vacation.....We had a beautiful relaxing time. I (being only 4 months pregnant with baby #4) was finally able to rest. It was fantastic!.. My three girls absolutely loved the bunk beds... We look forward to many more vacations here in sandpiper cove. Dear Celso and Irene, My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed ,staying in your condo. as you might expect the bunk beds were of particular interest to my little 5 year old. For future reference, the bunk beds can also accomodate "her big daddy" - i'm 6'1 and had a good night sleepn in the lower bunk. In keeping with the traditions of the other winters, wendy's and mcdonald offer quick service and simple food choices, especially if you are a picky eater like my daughter. GO GATORS!!!! Dear Celso and Irene.....This was our 7th trip to Sandpiper cove... We have stayed in many different condos and they have always been very nicce.. We loved the Italian decor and we were very comfortable in your place. Thank you. The beach was clean (no oils or tar balls) but it was cloudy and rainy 2 of the 4 days we were here. We enjoyed shopping and 1 day we were able to sit on the beach under cloudy conditions.. We love sandpiper cove and will surely return. Thank you for providing a comfortable condo for our vacation.. Dear Celso and Irene........ It is so nice and clean... Thank you for the lovely stay. Our first christmas away from grand-children.. But we had christmas with them before we left.. Celso and Irene We are happy ro join the others before us in thanking you for providing such a delightful and comfortable place to "hang our hat" during our stay here in destin. It really feel like home. We certainly enjoyed the lovely beaches. It was Darel's first visit to this area and many years since i had visited. Just as beautiful now as it was then, You picked a good place! For local dining we did the "Back Pouch" and "Harbor Docks" where we got the fresh fish of the day....... amberjack and grouper..Delicious! Had our fill of rum, wine and bailey's in keeping with the local trends...:) and suffered with no ill effects. We really enjoyed staying in your unit! This was our first 1st visit to Destin, FL. and it was amazing! We absolutely love it here and your condo is beautiful. We will definitely coming back and hopefully we will get to stay in your condo! The beach is gorgeous and there are some great places to eat also. One of our fav's was Angelo' Steak Pit in Panama City Beach! It was yummy!! We also tried parasailing for the 1st time! Awesome!! We had a blast! Thanks again. 'GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!

My family planned this vacation for awhile, and at least we were here. The condo is beautiful, warm and inviting. And I should add "RELAXING", because this is a welcome change from "ordinary" "hectic" life... We are very "thankful" for the opportunity to stay in this wonderful "home". And this the first time we enjoyed the beach since we were in Boracay in 2008. We especially loved the convenience of "walk to the beach" location. We have collected spectacular "pictures" from the balcony. My mom who came to the US just recently and my mother-in-law were both thrilled about the beach because it is "perfect".... We regret that we can only stay for 3 days..... we should have planned for a longer stay.... maybe next year.... In short, WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY..... CELSO AND IRENE, We had a wonderful time in Destin and loved your condo! It was very convenient to everything in Destin. We tried AJ's, which had a fun atmospheres. We loved Poppy's in Sandestin! We got the bucket of fish for 2 and it was WONDERFUL! We hit the BACK PORCH and purchased some fresh fish from Sextons.....yummy!! We went to Seaside and thought the town was adorable, had some dinner at a local restaurant. Overall we had an amazing time...good weather, good food, and great atmosphere. Thank you. Thank you for wonderful week at Destin, Fl. Our boys, ages 8 & 5, were very happy to have bun k beds, just Like at home.. We loved the beach (we left you some makings for a sand castle!) and the 2 nearby pools. As a mother, I was to impressed that my 2 brave boys parasailed! Hi Mr.Celso..just wanted to tell you how much my family & I enjoyed your condo unit #9224 at sandpiper cove..It was truly an amazing experience..My husband &I have only been married for 9months..so this was our first family vacation..our two boys 10&6years old loved the place..I loved everything about it..the decor is beautiful..the bedroom is so nicely decorated..the bunk beds were great for the boys..the livingroom, kitchen & diningroom were plenty spacious..I loved the location..steps away from the many pools &the beautiful beach..plus only a short drive from shopping&dining..sorry to ramble on..just wanted you and you wife to know how much we enjoyed it..thanks for opening your home to us.. can't wait to visit again........ The day Twilight comes out from DVD. This is a very nice place. I loved the view. The beds were comfy and pretty. The beach is beautiful. I loved the dolphin cruise. We sailed on the "Southern Star". I suggest going there. Marble Slab Creamery is a very good ice cream place, go there and eat ice cream, if you have the chance. We had a very nice time. Thanks. THE STEYER CREW.

DEAR CELSO, IRENE AND KIDS, WOW!! I don't even know where to start, there are so many words to express how much happy, excited and love your beautiful place. Day by day during our stay is very exciting. The gorgeous balcony view is very romantic at night and relaxing during the day. My son qouted, "We will be back in Austin and I'm going to leave a part of me here". Dolphn cruise was amazing, food was wonderful, and the white powder sand with green blue water is very beautiful.
