The Abode is a Unique Property. We can comfortably house a party of 1 or 20. Each Suite has a Television Outfitted with Satellite Television and a Private Bath. There are 3 Kitchens, 4 Full Baths, 8 Bedrooms (one a huge studio which sleeps 6 on its own) and Plenty of Space to Spread Out. The Main House has a Formal Living room, Dining room, Sitting or Television Room and Sun Room Outfitted with an Air Hockey Table. The Decks Allow for Sitting and Enjoying the Outside.
We Are Located in Hyde Park, a Pedestrian Friendly Community Just Minutes, or One Bus Ride, from Downtown. There Are Great Restaurants Walking Distance from the Abode. The University of Chicago, Museum of Science and Industry, and Beach Are Walking Distance. Parks with Playlots are a Couple of Blocks Away. During the Summer There are Neighborhood Events and Fairs for you to Enjoy.

Why the Owner Chose Hyde Park
The Abode was my home, where I raised my kids. The location was in a family friendly neighborhood, close to the things I love, the lake, the museums with plenty of parks nearby. A bike path along the lake and walking to the point kept us happily entertained in the summers wile the museums nearby held my kids' interests from early childhood to now.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Hyde Park is a beautiful neighborhood. Very walkable. Close to so many fun things to do, Sox park, Soldiers Field, the McCormick Place, the lake, the list continues. It is an easy place to be and has the things you want when away from home. Comfortable places to sit, comfy beds, television, wifi and air hockey! What more could one want.

My friends and I met for a weekend in Chicago last summer and stayed here. We loved the house and the location! It was fantastic that we had use of a kitchen and dining room where we could all hang out and eat breakfast and dinner together. We loved the proximity to the beach. We spent an entire afternoon there playing beach volleyball. The house comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Chicago. We all highly recommend this house to everyone!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
