Otter Banks is a very well maintained children and pet friendly home on the beautiful Outer Banks. 

The kitchen is well stocked for your enjoyment of cooking and eating at home as a family.  There is also a beautiful screened in eating area right off the kitchen for that outdoor feel.  The upstairs has a huge live in room for the whole family to relax together or to play games (which you will find there) new surround system for that movie theater feel. We take great pride in our property and keep it well maintained, clean and comfortable. 

Outside furniture for catching the cool ocean breeze or to enjoy star gazing in the night sky. Outside cleaning table for your catch of the day and hot & cold outside shower, for those great afternoons on the beach and you can leave the sand outside. Free pier fishing and mini golf pass comes with Otter Banks to make your vacation more enjoyable. 

Three bedrooms on the bottom floor, Otter Banks has a reversed floor plan. Master bedroom has a King size bed with private master bath, Queen size bed in another room with excellent lake view and children's room has 2 single beds with play station & games for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have a TV, VCR and DVD players! Queen size sleeper sofa upstairs in living area which is very comfortable.

Otter Banks is located in Avon, in Kinnakeet Shores. It is convenient to Food Lion, shops, movie theater, Hatteras Lighthouse, fishing pier, mini golf and great restaurants. Avon is also a very short drive to the Canadian Hole, where you can enjoy many water sports such as kayaking, fishing, kite boarding, wind surfing, canoeing, shelling etc. There is something for all ages..... a great place to spend a day on your vacation : )
