The Wifi never worked and the manager was unable to rectify the problem. Repeated calls to owner went unanswered. Owner's prominently posted troubleshooting instructions for fixing the Wifi were not only unhelpful, but suggest that this is a recurring problem. But...if you don't care about Wifi...and if you want a smoke alarm to give you a 1:30am wake up call...and if you don't care wheher or not all of your TVs work...then this is the place for you. Have fun!

Owner response:It is regretful that this guest experienced difficulty with the wireless internet during his stay. I was unable to address this issue because I had no knowledge of it. I received no messages on my home or cell phone voicemail. He warned me that if I did not provide him a refund for the WIFI problems that he would leave negative feedback, so here it is. We strive to make every stay an enjoyable one, but we were unable to do so in this case. Respectfully, Lou Bryan

Can you say AWESOME?!!?!?!? This is my second vacation home rental in Orlando and I thought things just couldn't get better than the first. Well, boy was I wrong! We traveled with a party of 10 and 1 small doggie. When we first entered the house it smelled good and had a very clean appearance. I just loved the towels folded into figurines on the beds. LOL. It tickled us crazy. The kids even ran to every room to see! We had minor issues with the pool, but after a phone call to the property manager (whom was also very pleasent and helpful) we were able to straighten things out. We were so comfortable! We will definately be calling for our next Orlando vacation! THANK YOU!!

Thanks Maria and Lou for the beautiful house! Close to the gates and had everything we needed. We had a great stay - the house was perfect for our party, 5 adults, 2 kids , one infant. We will definitely call you first for our next Orlando vacation.

This house was so very nice! We had a group of 9 family members, and a very busy weekend planned. After a long day at Disney, it was terrific to be able to drive 10 minutes back home and soak our feet in the hot tub! Initially we had a problem with the hot tub working but the property manager got out and fixed it right away. The only other thing was that the house was out of toilet paper, which I am sure was an innocent mistake. Everything else was there and our visit was WONDERFUL!

Thank you Lou and Maria for offering such a wonderful vacation home. We couldn't have asked for anything more - we had 4 adults and 2 teenage girls and there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. Very clean and comfortable and I would high recommend your home to anyone traveling in the Orlando area. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Minnie Heaven. It was nicely decorated and the house was very comfortable. Thanks to my husband! This trip was also the last minute trip where we did not have any place to stay until the day we left to Florida. However, the owner was readily available via email and by phone and all of our concerns were quickly addressed prior to our departure. The house is very conviently located. Only minutes from Magic Kingdom and few blocks away from a supermarket, making everything so convenient.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we brought friends along with us. A total of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids). A hotel would have been out of the question due to cost. We decided to try renting a house for a week. BEST THING WE COULD HAVE DONE! The home was beyond what we could have imagined. The photos on the website do no do it justice. It was very close to all the atractions and the size was just right. The best part of going to the parks was coming "home" at the end of the day and having a home cooked meal and jumping in the pool! The folks managing the home could not have been friendlier or more helpful!

My family who included my wife, daughter, son-in-law and two of our grandchildren recently stayed at Minnie Heaven. It was our first expierence at a private house in Florida. It was like a home away from home. We were within easy driver distance to all the theme parks and attractions. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great and my grandchildren spent a lot of their time enjoying them. I would recommend Minnie Heaven to anyone spending time in the Orlando area. The expierience we had was wonderful.

Having stayed in all three houses that the Bryans own we can say with out a doubt that they are the cleanest nicest place that you will find. They all have a nice homey feeling and the pools are great. The hot tub in Minnies heaven is just great. The location is wonderful close to every thing and easy to find. We stayed in your home the first week of November and can not say enough good things about it! The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The electronic amenities (DVR, High Speed Internet, and Premium cable) certainly contributed to our pleasant stay. The layout of the house was great and the beds in the MBR and Twin Bedroom was very comfortable (and so was the bedding)! The premium and abundant supply of linens were perfect and the location across from the park was ideal for our family vacation. Your home is beautiful and we will be back!

My family and I loved the house in Indian Creek. It was very clean and well maintained. Also, it's only about 2 miles from the entrance to Disney. This is absolutely the best way to do Disney. It was so nice to come home from a day at Disney and have a nice hot tub/pool combo to relax in. The kids loved this too. We were able to take a day off from the parks and relax by the pool. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the Minne Heaven at the end of September. The house was immaculate. At times during our stay, we didn't want to leave the house becasue it felt just like home. The community was peaceful and had a playground and open field across the street. I will definitely make reservations with the owners in the future.

We stayed in Minnie Heaven during the end of June. This was by far one of the best choices we ever made. Lots of space for us all(family of 6). Overall great house and it's just a stones throw away from Disney. We had an issue with the washing machine malfunctioning but that was taken care of right away. The owners/property managers had a new machine installed before we came back from the parks the next day. If you want to stay someplace that'll make you feel at home this is the place to stay. Great experience.
