As you enter our Grand Lobby, you'll find a spacious, cozy seating area in front of a large Fireplace, tasteful Art and Decor. Around the corner is a Recreation/Meeting room with Pool Table and a fully equipped 24 hr. Fitness Studio.
Located on the 12th floor, our condo is a private corner suite. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, insuite laundry. Great views of the city from the living room, master bedroom, spacious den/2nd bedroom and private balcony. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional with chaise in front of a electric Fireplace/Entertainment Centre with a 40' flat panel HDTV, DVD Player, and assorted Music Channels. Inside our storage ottoman you'll find comfy throws, games, books and numerous tourist brochures. Our Den/2nd Bedroom can also be used as an office with desk, printer, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, FREE long distance telephone in North America.
Master bedroom has a very luxurious feel with high quality cherry-wood sleigh bed and pillow-top mattress, quality linens.
PERSONAL CHECK-INS WITH OWNER...we will meet you at our building and escort you or provide directions to your FREE secure underground designated parking space. From there, we will take you up to our 12th floor private corner suite to show you where everything is located, provide instructions, answer any questions you may have and give recommendations...you're not left on your own to figure things out. Early check-ins? No problem if the suite is not booked the previous night. If not possible, we will hold your luggage while cleaning and preparing the suite for you while you peruse the downtown and attractions, stop for a bite at the numerous restaurants, cafes and do a little shopping, sightseeing...all only steps away. You don't need a car!

Please note: We are located on the quieter side of the building therefore you do not hear the noise of loud garbage and recycling trucks in the early mornings. We receive many long term guests who have very much enjoyed the suite and our well-maintained building and we are very pleased to see them return year after year. Welcome Snowbirds!
TOURISTS LOVE OUR LOCATION: You don't need a car, as we're just a couple minutes walk to the Inner Harbour, city attractions, Restaurants, Shops, Museums, Theaters, Pubs, Nightclubs, Bus depots, Ferries, Sea Planes, Beacon Hill Park, Activities, Spas, ...much more. Our building, the Astoria, is located in a safe, tourist-oriented location next to prestigious Hotels that do not allow loitering... such as: Chateau Victoria Hotel, Executive House Hotel, Marriot Victoria Inner Harbor, and just one block to the Fairmont Empress Hotel and Conference Centre. The Airporter Shuttle bus will drop you off at any of these locations. Chateau Victoria Hotel is our recommendation for drop off as it is right across the street. We have a very close view of the drop off area right from our living room and balcony. It leaves the Airport every 1/2 hour. We are happy to provide instructions.
Direct link to our popular 'Butchart Gardens' is right in front of our building. it's a quieter central area yet you're only steps away from the excitement of events and festivals all over the city and by the Inner Harbour.

You’ll be very comfortable while waiting for a cab or bus. Bus stops are directly in front of our building. The bus link to Butchart Gardens is directly across the street from our building. We have a free 24 hr. work-out studio for the fitness enthusiast. There is a rec. room with a billiards table, TV, small library, open daily until 11 p.m. Our building is a very sound-proof and is very secure with security cameras at entrance, lobby, underground parking and in elevators. There are 2 high-speed elevators that are programmable with your key card to proceed to your floor only. Our suite is a corner suite, located on a high floor with great views of the city, attractions and water views . Our private balcony is on the West side of the building with open views including views of the Parliament buildings. Master bedroom has great views of the city from West to East eg. Craigdarroch Castle to Oak Bay and ocean. Our suite is decorated with luxurious, modern furnishings, assorted art and is fully equipped from kitchen to laundry supplies to many assorted bathroom toiletries. All furniture is made of high quality cherry-wood, leather. Upon request, we provide many special amenities for children such as: playpen, high chair, play desk, toddler-size chair and safety latches on cupboard doors and outlet covers for infants and toddlers. We take great pride in helping to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we try to supply special amenities such as: portable air conditioner, barbecue, grocery cart, umbrellas, extra lawn chairs with carry bags, extra toiletries and a cupboard full of food supplies.
