As you enter our Grand Lobby, you'll find a spacious, cozy seating area in front of a large Fireplace, tasteful Art and Decor. Around the corner is a Recreation/Meeting room with Pool Table and a fully equipped 24 hr. Fitness Studio.
Located on the 12th floor, our condo is a private corner suite. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, insuite laundry. Great views of the city from the living room, master bedroom, spacious den/2nd bedroom and private balcony. The living room has a comfortable leather sectional with chaise in front of a electric Fireplace/Entertainment Centre with a 40' flat panel HDTV, DVD Player, and assorted Music Channels. Inside our storage ottoman you'll find comfy throws, games, books and numerous tourist brochures. Our Den/2nd Bedroom can also be used as an office with desk, printer, FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, FREE long distance telephone in North America.
Master bedroom has a very luxurious feel with high quality cherry-wood sleigh bed and pillow-top mattress, quality linens.

I have stayed in many condo rentals in Victoria for the past 10 years. None has been as luxuriously furnished and equipped as this one, nor have any condo owners been as generous with kitchen staples. The location is in the heart of beautiful Victoria - very easy walking to everything!

Long overdue review
Long overdue review
We stayed at this location with our not quite 1 yr old for 10 days in June and we were glad that we did! Janet was very accommodating and the suite was very comfortable. Best part about the suite is the location. We didn't rent a car while in Victoria even with our young one in tow and still saw pretty much everything we wanted to see. If we make another trip out to the island, we'd definitely consider booking with Janet again!

This condo is the best. Am a solo lady traveler. I feft safe and pampered. The security in the building is impressive. The condo was squeaky clean. The windows and views made you feel like, the queen of the world. the location, as stated is perfect, a easy walk to the harbor and all it's a fabulous sights. I did rent a car for a week, the underground parking is a dream. The description is accurate. The bed is very comfortable and hard to leave, surrounded, by the city view. Janet was thoughtful and helpful with her instructions. It's stocked with anything you could need. The city is enchanting, a haven for those seeking a cool reprise from the summer heat. The food, flowers, orcas, and vistas will always stay with me. Its a heaven on earth and hope I can return.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The condo is very modern, clean, safe and quiet. The location is perfect! Everything is within walking distance. The Bus stop to the Butchart Gardens is just across the street - $5 round trip/person. It takes approx. 45 min from door to door. The Empress Hotel is just a very short walk away. It's worth the time to look inside. Shopping: Rogers' Chocolates, Murchie's Tea Store, Munroe's Book Store, Beadworld and Butchart Gardens gift shop, just to name a few. Thank you. we will definitely recommend

You’ll notice the high quality as soon as you walk into the grand lobby which is tastefully decorated and has ample seating with comfortable leather chairs, coffee table with newspapers, situated around a large fireplace. You’ll be very comfortable while waiting for a cab or bus. Bus stops are directly in front of our building. The bus link to Butchart Gardens is directly across the street from our building. We have a free 24 hr. work-out studio for the fitness enthusiast. There is a rec. room with a billiards table, TV, small library, open daily until 11 p.m. Our building is a very sound-proof and is very secure with security cameras at entrance, lobby, underground parking and in elevators. There are 2 high-speed elevators that are programmable with your key card to proceed to your floor only. Our suite is a corner suite, located on a high floor with great views of the city, attractions and water views . Our private balcony is on the West side of the building with open views including views of the Parliament buildings. Master bedroom has great views of the city from West to East eg. Craigdarroch Castle to Oak Bay and ocean. Our suite is decorated with luxurious, modern furnishings, assorted art and is fully equipped from kitchen to laundry supplies to many assorted bathroom toiletries. All furniture is made of high quality cherry-wood, leather.
