Welcome to our Beautiful Bella Sirena condo.
Our condo is located in the popular E building with great views of the Ocean from our 6th floor balcony! The balcony view is amazing at night! Bella Sirena offers great amenities including 24-Hour on site security, gated entry, infinity pools, three hot tubs, poolside palapa bar and day grill (credit cards accepted), fitness center, tennis court, putting green and outdoor grills.
The condo has been completely remodeled. It offers 2 bedrooms with a king sized bed in the master room and a king bed in the guest room and a queen blow up mattress in the family room.
Full kitchen with cooking appliances and granite countertops. Travertine flooring, and a great view the beach by day and city lights by night. You will spend hours enjoying these views.
This is a non-smoking condo and All renters will be checked to verify they are 25 years or older.
There is a $35 cleaning fee and a deposit required.

I would like to say this condo made the trip awesome it had everything a person would want to enjoy a vacation,very nice views from the patio.Very nice layout and decor.The renters are awsome to talk with also.And last but not least BELLA SIRENA what a wonderful facility the staff and grounds are awsome, we have stayed at many resorts in RP this is by far the best and well taken care of. Thanks again to the renters beautiful condo great job, can't wait to rent again.

We stayed here for a birthday weekend with another couple. The condo is perfect, very nice decor. The kitchen has all the gadets you could want/need (too bad we don't cook - too much good seafood to go eat in town!). We especially loved having 2 king beds since we travel with other adults on most occasions. The view is outstanding - looks right onto the pool area and oceanfront...the grounds are amazingly well kept! We loved the pool bar and the friends we made there during World Cup...Stan & Alyssa have a great home, thanks for sharing with others! Hope to make it back again soon!

Hello myself and four other girlfriends needed a get away from the everyday grind and decided on Rocky Pointe. We couldn't have decided on a more perfect place to stay. The Bella Serena condos are absolutely beautiful, the grounds on the entire premises were amazing, so clean and very breath taking. Most of all the accomadations of the condo were above and beyond what we had expected. The pictures that the owner displays on the VRBO site were exactly what we walked into. The condo has everything that you would need, the kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The beds are extremely comfortable. Very, Very clean!! I would definately stay at this unit again and again. I have also told so many of our family and friends to check out this rental on VRBO, when they are looking for a place in Rocky Pointe. The owners are extremely easy to work with, and are super friendly.

Really wonderful location and accommodations. The views from the condo were beautiful and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. Our favorite spot was the balcony where we at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The decor was lovely and everything you would need was provided. Was really impressed with the properties amenities and grounds. They were beautiful and incredibly clean and well maintained. Perfect proximity to beach. Very flexible owners, will definitely rent from them again.
