The Over-sized waterfall jacuzzi and outdoor Bar-B-Que kitchen combined with the stunning view allows for the luxury of living on top of the world, looking at civilization but not caught up in it. There is a sense of awe as you watch the dusk turn into dark, see the lights of the city brighten up the night sky & the twinkling lights of the airplanes line up from the east heading into LAX airport. The horizon in the distance is starkly defined by bright night lights. High above the lights the sky grows dark revealing numerous stars in an AMAZING contrast of humanity and the heavenly.
The inside is comfortable and simple. Floor plan allows for central meeting area's and private retreating. The master suite has a king sized bed, private bath, jacuzzi tub, and shower. 2 rooms have full size beds and share a bath. Bonus room affords a mix of bed arrangements to meet your needs with a separate bath. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen size bed and separate bath.

My family loves swimming and a view. We enjoy staying here when we can. We love the Pasadena area and reside close by.
Why the Owner Chose Pasadena
My Family purchased this home because of the view and the location. It is close to most Southern California attractions and yet private and secure in a hillside gated community.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The gated community has a nice community pool. There is also a park with a basketball court, tennis courts, swimming pool (in the summer), and baseball diamond adjacent to it. The house is comfortable and relaxing. From the back yard you can see the city and coastline facing Long Beach. The city lights and the stars in the sky both appear so brilliantly like jewels. The quiet of the mountains at night is majestic. We like to walk the neighborhood. We enjoy the sunrises, sunsets, and wonderful colors on the mountains. The cloud formations and weather changes in the sky are an awesome and captivating pastime.
