This is a beautiful, newly built, two-story, custom timber home in the Colorado Wet Mountain Valley, less than 15 minutes from the town of Westcliffe.
The home has 2600 square feet of living area, with 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. You will find a complete gourmet kitchen, with a 36" high-end stove and all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances to make your favorite meal. Two bedrooms have queen beds with adjoining baths. The master bath has double vanities, a walk-in slate shower, jetted tub, and a large walk-in closet. A third bedroom has another queen bed, and fourth bedroom has two sets bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share big bathroom with double sinks.
In the great room there is a magnificent 20' rock-lined, wood-burning fireplace. Massive windows offer expansive views of the valley and several 14,000' peaks in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain range. On the 500 square foot deck you can enjoy grilling or the wonderful views with your favorite book or glass of wine. A fully equipped laundry allows you the convenience of a long-term stay without taking away vacation time.
The home sits on 10 partially forested acres where you can see wildlife almost every day, along with a natural spring.

My family and I stayed at this house for a week. We had two families staying here and it was the most amazing vacation we had ever been on. It was perfect for two families each with four people. The view is breath taking. Would highly reccomend this home for anybody wanting a relaxing, peaceful vacation. Beautiful Home.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed at this lovely home over the Labor Day weekend. The construction is outstanding, the house was very well equipped, and the owner and property manager extremely helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home--a rare find in the Colorado Mountains.
