The two remaining bedrooms each have a set of bunk beds with a shared bathroom. In the great room there is a magnificent 20' high rock-lined, wood-burning fireplace. Massive windows offer expansive views of the valley and several 14,000' peaks in the Sangre de Cristo Mountain range. On the 500 square foot composite deck you can enjoy grilling your favorite meats, or enjoy the wonderful views with your favorite book or glass of wine. A fully equipped laundry allows you the convenience of a long-term stay without taking away vacation time.
The home sits on 10 partially forested acres where you can see wildlife almost every day, along with a natural spring, stream and pond.
