Cofresi Cove is a mile long beach community located at the base of a beautiful mountain dotted with villas that owners rent when they are not able to visit. This makes for an interesting mix of people from around the world and there is always someone new to meet and chat with. There are several restaraunts on the beach strip for your dining pleasure or go just to have a drink and chat.
Cofresi is a white sandy Beach, protected by a coral reef which allows for mostly gentle waves, and minimal currents. Surfing can be done in the morning hours. Snorkeling in the shallower reefs you will see tropical fish and can pick up some beautiful shells. Fantastic sunrises can be seen as you stroll the beach and watch the locals begin their day. Shopping at the local beach kiosks is a great place to barter for dominican souvenirs.
You will enjoy being pampered by my full time maid. She will prepare meals, makes drinks as needed, do laundry, and keep the Villa clean and tidy. Jose maintains the pool, keeps the grounds clean and runs errands for you as needed. All you have to do is ask and he is off for ice, beer,coffee or anything else you need. Night Time Security is provided as a precaution only.
The villa is gated and totally enclosed making it a great place for children.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Cofresi
Why would I not buy Villa de Palma. The villa offers total relaxation. It is in a quiet area with the friendliest people around. I love being able to essentially live outside most of the time and viewing all the lush tropical folliage, birds flying around, and the ocean view. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are 3 restaurants along the mile stretch. Want to gamble? The Casino, as well as Qcean Qorld Park, are also within walking distance. I love getting massages poolside or manicures and pedicures on the front porch. The people are so friendly and will help you with whatever your needs. Lots of sunshine and warm weather most of the year keep me going back for more.
