Villa De Palma is located in the small beach community of Cofresi. While here you will enjoy the quietness of the area and probably spend most of your time outdoors. It is the perfect place to relax, read books, Swim in the privacy of your own pool, go for walks on the beach, or enjoy the view of the mountains, the fantastic sunrise or sunsets. The villa is gated and totally enclosed making it a great place for children.
Cofresi is a white sandy Beach, protected by a coral reef which allows for mostly gentle waves, and minimal currents. Surfing can be done in the morning hours. Snorkeling in the shallower reefs you will see tropical fish and can pick up some beautiful shells. Fantastic sunrises can be seen as you stroll the beach and watch the locals begin their day. Shopping at the local beach kiosks is a great place to barter for dominican souvenirs.
You will enjoy being pampered by my full time maid. She will prepare meals, makes drinks as needed, do laundry, and keep the Villa clean and tidy. Juan maintains the pool, keeps the grounds clean and runs errands for you as needed. All you have to do is ask and he is off for ice, beer,coffee or anything else you need. Night Time Security is provided as a precaution only.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Cofresi
Why would I not buy Villa de Palma. The villa offers total relaxation. It is in a quiet area with the friendliest people around. I love being able to essentially live outside most of the time and viewing all the lush tropical folliage, birds flying around, and the ocean view. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are 3 restaurants along the mile stretch. Want to gamble? The Casino, as well as Qcean Qorld Park, are also within walking distance. I love getting massages poolside or manicures and pedicures on the front porch. The people are so friendly and will help you with whatever your needs. Lots of sunshine and warm weather most of the year keep me going back for more.

Thanks Debbie for letting us stay in your villa. We had another great vacation in Cofresi. The pool was the nicest part of the stay. There wasn't a day I didn't get in there. The maid was really nice and we eventually learned to communicate even though she didn't speak much English. Definately will be back

This is our second time to the villa and we had the most relaxing vacation ever. The villa is beautiful although we were out by the pool most of the time. The maid is a great cook and cleaned like I've never seen. Thank you for a wonderful vacation again and we will be back.
