The gated community assures safety, with plenty of free parking. Feel the ocean breezes. See the manatees from your private balcony and across the marina you can see El Conquistador Hotel and Casino.
Get the best of both worlds, from the private balcony side there is an ocean and Marina view then when you step out the front door and you see the mountains (El Yunque Rain Forest)and the island itself. See everything closer with a telescope on the balcony.
Gated community w/ 24 hour security and plenty of free parking. New Furniture, Radio/cd, TV, High wireless Speed Internet WF & VCR/DVD. New stainless steel appliances. Olympic sized pool and kid pool overlooking the ocean. Private beach for the Dos Marinas community.
The best price offering in this location. Just bring your clothes.

I strongly recommend a catamaran trip (walking distance from the condo) to Icaco/Palomino Keys, food, drinks, snorkeling equipment and great music For $69.00 per person.

Best View Ocean Front Condo in Puerto Rico in the 28th Floor
Year Purchased: 2005
Why the Owner Chose Fajardo
I bought this condo in Fajardo, Puerto Rico because it is one of the best areas in Puerto Rico to have a vacation w/its spectacular views, the rain forest and beautiful beaches. It also gives me a place to stay when I get the opportunity to go back to Puerto Rico and visit my family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My favorite things to do when I'm staying at my property is looking out at the view from my balcony and feeling the ocean breeze, going with my cousin, Miguel, on his boat to visit the islands and the pristine beaches, going to El Yunque Rainforest, day trips to Old San Juan, and the night life in San Juan and at the El Conquistador Resort and Casino. And, of course, visiting with my family!

We made reservations for January 2012, and later had to cancel due to problems that accured. When I talked to the owner about our reservation, he said that he was sorry and would return the deposit I had made. The deposit was returned to me within a week. I did not expect all back, but thee is a honest man and returned all our deposit back. I hope he will accept another reservation from us next year.
Owner response:Hi John, Thank you for your review and again sorry that you needed to cancel the reservations for Jan. 2012. We all have problems and some of them not expected, whenever you are ready for another reservation, I will definetely accept. Thank you very much and Happy New Year, Jose

The property offers great 28th floor views of the marinas and the Conquistador Waldorf Astoria Resort and of boat traffic heading east out of Fajardo. While the unit enjoyed a great view, the condition and offering was only okay- the bed is smallish and there were some repair items the owner needs to address at the unit prior to future rentals. The owner however, is fantastic as he made arrangements for us for an early arrival when there was a mix-up at our prior rental location- he was gracious and very accommodating. It should be noted that most or all owners struggle with the cleaning and repair of these vacation rentals- trying to find someone to clean and maintain these units from thousands of miles away can be a challenge. The condo project is about 35+ years old and is showing its age. This unit would rate between "Good" and "Excellent" were the owner to renovate and UPDATE the unit- since it does enjoy a good location. Speaking of location- I would recommend to all VRBO prospective renters to C L A R I F Y what "Close to everything" means. Close as in "walking distance" or close as in "rental car distance" should be determined before renting ANY place. We enjoyed our stay.
Owner response:Hi Vicky, Thank you for your comments on my condo. Sorry that you was not 100% satisfied. In respond to your review, don't know what you mean by the condition and offering that was ok. You was supposed to check in Dec. 31 at my condo, your email said that you needed to check in the 30 instead, because there was a mix-up with your landlord in Culebra. My manager Ruben made all the necesarry arrangements to clean the place ahead of time and took you and Scott to a Rental Car Co. in his car on his time. The bed is a Queen Size, new since Oct. 2011 (sorry if it was smallish for you). I don't have any struggles with the cleaning and repairs in my condo even though I live in the States. The needed repair was the ceiling living room fan that was not working, seems that the previous guest pulled the ceiling fan chain to hard and broked it, again there was no time to fixed it. How is the buiding showing his age?, management and maintenance are there every day to include 24 hour security. They clean the building every day to include the common areas and is being recently painted. I don't need to clarify what close to everything is because no where in my website this is mention. There is a cafeteria/restaurant/bakery, another restaurant, a liquor store, a grocerry store, snorkeling/scuba store, and the Marina and the Charter Catamarans. Every rental has a different owner in VRBO. can't speak for them, 99 % of my guest comes from the airport where they can rent a car not from Culebra in a Ferry. Thank you for enjoying my place. Jose

We spent 6 days in Puerto Rico before leaving for a 7 day cruise of the Southern Caribbean. We rented a car and arrived after dark. We were armed with a Garmin but it wouldn’t recognize the address. If it weren’t for Ruben coming to the rescue at a local Burger King we would be still circling Farjardo. He took the time to find us then guide us to Dos Marinas. The condo was comfortable and had everything one could possibly need away from home. Ruben said to contact him if we needed anything . Once daylight came we learned our way around and had a great time.
Owner response:Thank you, Ron & Carol, For some reason that address will not show in Google. I'm very happy that you found my condo to be comfortable with everything that you needed and that Ruben took great care of you. Ruben and myself thank you for everything and hopefuly we will hear from you again. Happy Holidays, Jose

This apartment was absolutely wonderful. I has great accomodations and not to mention a wonderful view of the ocean. The location of this place was close to about every tourist attraction we went to, but with a car. The place is very safe, it has a lot of protection, so there is no need to worry about that. It also has a very big pool which my kids enjoyed. We had an excellent vacation and I would recommend this place to anybody. I would like to thank Jose, the owner, for his kindness and letting us stay in his wonderful apartment. We would definitely come again
Owner response:Hi Roxana, Thank you very much for your review of my condo, which is a good description of it. I am glad that you and your family enjoy the great view and stay from the 28th floor. Hopefully you will be able to bring your family again sometime in the future and the second time around, I will give you a discount as a frequent guess. Take care, Jose

Great location, Good Security, Wonderful view of the Bay, Mountains and Marina. The pool was incredibly large and convenient. Great access to patio play area and barbeque pit. This condo is located 1 minute away from the marina where excursion are available for water lovers. Eight minutes away from the ferry to Culebra and Vieques Islands recognized for the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a Great vacation place to stay for all ages. I would definitely stay their again.
Owner response:Hi Cindy, It was very good to have you in my condo and for you to enjoy everything about it, the great view from the 28th floor, the pool, the common areas, the ferry, the catamarans group sailing almost next door and so much more. I am always updating the condo, next week I am installing air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area. Hope you can come back soon and as always you will get a discount as a frequent tenant. My wife daughter and I stayed at Jose's place in Fajarfdo in April, 2010. It was exactly as advertised, which is always a pleasant surprise. Jose was very gracious and accommodating. The condo is very comfortable. While the views out to sea from the front are incredibly good, the rear views out to El Yunque are also not to be missed. The location is very quiet, and though you are not far from everything, you really are in a secluded spot tucked behind the area and El Conquistador. Highly recommended.
Owner response:Dave And Michele, I am very glad that you had a very nice stay at my condo, accomodating, comfortable and incredible views from balcony as well as the hallway. I have a bonus for tenants that come back a second time and beyond also for referrals. Thank you again and enjoy the rest of the summer. I will be leaving tomorrow to the condo from Cincinnati. Thanks a million for your stay and kind words, Jose

Just got back and walked in on the end of a winter storm. It is hard!!! We had a great time. The condo looked exactly like the pictures--very nice and comfortable, My husband loved the flat screen TV. The view from the 28th floor balcony was breath taking. We drove down to Ponce one day and enjoyed all it had to offer. As always, we drove in to San Juan, went to Luquillo beach, the rain forest and this time toured the Barcardi Rum Distillery. Wonderful time--Thanks, Jose

We stayed in this condo in March of '08 and my husband and I felt that this was the best get-a-way we have had since our honeymoon 20 years ago. We went to local bakeries, the grocery store and the nearby outlet strip mall. The new highway makes this well accessible. Owner has all sorts of contacts for boat trips, car rental etc. Great pool. Plan on driving to the best beaches, the rain forest and the fort. Best excursion was the bioluminescent bay (google it). Needed to be low key since it's mostly owners in high rise, but view was fantastic. I wouldn't plan on bringing too many people, it's really a nice spot for a couple.
