Roof deck with panoramic ocean views, a fire pit to enjoy sunsets and refreshing ocean breezes. A great location for relaxing & entertaining. Please be advised this home is on a quiet street. No loud parties after 10 pm allowed.

Accommodations: 2 queens, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bath/shower combo, 1 large shower plus an outdoor shower for beach goers, entertainment center and 4 outdoor sundecks. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The beach out front is a favorite family beach with good surfing and swimming. The property has beautiful tropical landscaping and is cared for by long term locals of this special location.   • WOW! Our family had an amazing summer vacation and staying at your home made it perfect. Everyone loved the patios, especially the view from the roof. We also enjoyed listening to the waves while eating dinner in the sunroom. Every morning was a treat on the rooftop where I watched the dolphins swim by. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to relax and feel comfortable. Thanks again! Hopefully we can come back again.

  • What a wonderful beach house! The house is just one rooftop from the ocean. We too enjoyed our morning coffee on the rooftop deck. We would watch the surfers and a yoga class in the park. When we returned from the day's activities the first thing we would do is go up to the deck to check out our wonderful ocean view. Now that its dark earlier, you can enjoy your dinner and the sunset up on the deck while being warmed by the gas fire pit. We truly loved our stay here and the owners couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. Thank You. Oct.2008

  • My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings in the sunroom with a view and the sounds of the ocean, and our wine at night on the rooftop deck. Our kids loved being a block from the beach and to use the boogie boards each day. We also loved not having to do without cable and wi-fi during our vacation. My girlfriend joined us mid-week and slept on the daybed at night in the sunroom to the sound of the waves. This home comfortable, very clean and I'd recommend it to families for a great week on the beach!

  • This vacation home was outstanding everything we pictured and more from the homely decor to the roof top balcony where you can just kick back and enjoy the amazing sea views with the warmth of the open fire pit( piéce de résistance ) .The location is perfect right next to the beach and a five minute walk to the main strip Garnet Ave where every night there are a wide selection of vibrant restaurants and bars to choose from. The house itself is comprised with everything you need from satellite TV to Bose sound docks. The house is extremely spacious with a balcony for nearly every room. The family that provide this home are truly the nicest people we have come across on this trip going out of there way to make your stay more enjoyable. If you are considering renting a vacation home in this area this is the one, and you will not be disappointed. Enjoy your stay.
