This condo is nice, pretty clean, and excellent location. If the weather had cooperated, we could've walked to many attractions. The small complex is quiet. There is even a small view outside the living room doors. We did have a couple of issues. The coffee pot had mold in it, the sheets in the master were not clean enough for my taste ( there is a washer on site so I washed them), my gamer hubby had an issue with the internet (we called the owners about the internet and left a message but received no response), and I did not like that in the master there was a small gap between the blinds and the door with no curtains. This rental is on the first floor, so I felt like if someone wanted to, they could see inside the master bedroom. Overall, we were very pleased with the room. The pictures accurately reflect the room. The price was excellent for our five night stay. I think it would be great if the condo complex added a small gym in the future. I would definitely stay at this condo complex again. I was hesitant at first about booking with VRBO, but thus far have had no issues and am pleased.

You are right, it is so close to the main parkway, you can walk to just about anything. Very conveniently located. I love having a washer on site that way you can wash anything and you don't have to go home with a bunch of laundry. Sorry about the coffee pot. Our cleaning lady is great and takes pride in her work, I will pass along the issues. My husband checked on the internet. They are working on upgrading to a faster Wi-Fi. Also we rent 2 other units located on the 2nd and 7th floor. I look forward to you staying with us again.

We arrived to Spring Break traffic in Pigeon Forge, we were worried about how this was going to play out. The condo is on the main drag but set back far enough. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and beautiful the condo unit itself was and we had the most beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. We enjoyed watching sitting on the balcony, watching the sun come up over the Smokies and listening to the birds sing. It was great having a little washer and dryer and everything else was there that we might need. All the restaurants and shopping are very close so no need to worry about bringing all your stuff, Walmart is just up the road. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come to this condo again when we get up to PF again! Thank you :)

Wonderful stay in Pigeon Forge

My family just got back from a trip to Pigeon Forge - we stayed in this condo and was so pleased with our choice. They have a beautiful condo - everything that is described in the description is true and complete. My family consisted of me and my husband, our daughter and son-in-law and our son. We were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths and the pull out sofa in the living room. The condo was so clean and inviting! It is right next door to Country Tonite. I loved being in the heart of the city without being "directly" on the street. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit.

We go to Pigeonforge 3 or 4 times a year by far this is the best condo for the price we have stayed in. It was very claen and was fully equipped for all your needs . We loved this condo and would recommend it for any one that would love a place like home and a great deal for the money. I promise you want be disappointed. It was a great fit for us and I think it will be for you too. Try it out like we did and you will be like us and plan on staying there from now on. It is so much more than the pictures show. The owners are so nice to deal with. Hope you try it soon. I just can't say enough about this condo. Just try it and see for your self.

This is a very nice condo, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, can't beat it for the price. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 2 couples and a 3yr old. Good location and the owner is easy to deal with, done everything through email except payment. The condo is on the ground floor which is also a plus. We always stay in a cabin when we come to Pigeon Forge but wanted something alittle cheaper so we chose this condo and was very pleased. Thank you Bobby.

We just stayed here for 4 nights. We have previously stayed in cabins on our trips to Pigeon Forge. We decided to try something different this time. We are glad we did. We LOVED the location of this condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do on this trip. We had very little traveling time to any attraction. It was also VERY CLEAN which is a must for us. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented this great condo for 5 days, and had a great time. Very convenient to everything, easy access. Would highly recommend it, the little ones enjoyed the pool during the day, and the views were great as well.

This was a good place to stay for the price. Very convenient to everything. Fairly easy to get in and out if you know your way around. The condo was clean when we arrived, which is a plus for me. Quiet area, and not a lot of 'stuff' going on, which I don't care for. Great place to take your family. The owner was excellent to deal with, and I would recommend using their property in the future.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. The condo was beautiful, clean and EXACTLY as pictured! We loved, loved, loved the location of the complex as well. It is one block off the parkway, on a scenic hillside---very convenient, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely contact this owner again when we return to Pigeon Forge. My only suggestion to the owner would be to post the rental calendar on VRBO--when I searched for my irregular dates, and the units with calendars came up first--and had I not taken a chance in e-mailing the owner ,I would have missed this jewel!

Great location!Clean and Quiet!! We decide last minute to come up for Memorial Day weekend, and we got our condo booked the Friday before we left. A++ experience, may come up for July 4th weekend. Also loved being on 7th floor, great view of parkway!
