We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean, plenty of room with an easy check in. Great price! We had originally scheduled our stay for Oct. but due to a death in the family we had to reschedule. The owners were very helpful in letting us do this without any problem. All my questions were answered within a timely manner by email. Location was great.

I was very pleased with this condo. Things that impressed me the most was the price, the location and condo was nice and clean. In the future when I visit Pigeon Forge I will hope that this condo has an opening and the ladies that were in my group feel the same way as they were amazed also. The owners instructions were very informative and any questions I had were promtly answered by e-mail. Thanks again!

Great condo and in a very good location

Myself and three other sisters rented this condo for a long weekend. We loved it. Two large bedrooms and each one had a shower so it did not take forever for us to get ready when going out. Renting a condo instead of a hotel room gave us a chance to all be in the same place and talk to each other when we wanted. It was not cramped like a hotel room with two beds. It is very close to Tanger outlets and other prime shopping and eating. I will definitely rent from this owner again.

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable. It is so spacious, clean and quiet. The condo is close to everything, and is convenient to attractions, stores and restaurants. This condo is located on the second floor. The elevator is centrally located. We walked from the parking lot straight into the elevator. The beds were so comfortable. We had plenty of linens, dishes, utensils and cookware. We did cook some and having the items made it so much easier. The owner was so helpful and responded to my emails promptly. I needed to make a date change and it was made quickly with no hassle. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and relatives. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We were so pleased with this condo, it certainly met our needs for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the condo was very clean and spacious. We were only in PF for the weekend, so we didn't do any cooking but it seemed to have ample dinnerware and cookware. Bobby was always quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival. We were in town for the Shades of the Past car show, as well as taking in our favorites like Dixie Stampede and The Track - we also enjoyed WonderWorks, and felt like this was a great place to "land" at the end of our busy days! We will definitely look into this property again the next time we are in the PF area. Thanks Bobby!

My parents and I give this experience an AAA+ on all counts! The condo was accurately described, nicely furnished and decorated, very CLEAN, great location with beautiful views (we stayed on the top floor), quiet and peaceful but still very close to everything and a GREAT price. All linens, towels and kitchen items were furnished for our needs and the hassle free no-check in/out required was FANTASTIC. The owner was Extremely pleasent to deal with and we are already looking at the dates for our next stay here! We would recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Pigeon Forge.

Convenient and comfortable

The condo was just as pictured, very spacious and comfortable, very clean. We loved the condo, it was just what we were looking for. It is on the first floor so people walking by can look in if you have the blinds open, but that didn't happen to often as everyone was out and doing things. We were able to walk to some attractions becasue of how close we were to what we wanted to do. I had an issue getting in when we first go there but the owner was just a phone call away and the issue was fixed in a couple of minutes. We had family that rented a cabin on the same week we stayed in this condo and we had them come see it and they loved it as much as we did! We usually rent cabins, but the ones we rented were already rented so we rented this condo, and loved it. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and we will be booking this one again!

Arrived to find a spotless and spacious condo that appeared exactly as it looks in the pictures! Beds were very comfortable with a memory foam overlay, and the furniture was fairly comfortable for lounging and watching TV. Washer/dryer was handy and the complex was very quiet! Pool was nice and not very crowded, even on the weekends. The condo is close to everything, and is very convenient to attractions, food, etc. Only negative was that the pool was closed without notice one day, which was irritating since it was really the first nice day without rain during our stay! Did send an email to the owner with same day follow up about this with reported plans to address it with the HOA. But otherwise, great experience and stay in Pigeon Forge!

This condo is awsome! We go to Pigeon Forge about twice a year. We've stayed in numerous hotels and cabins. This condo, was, by far, my favorite. It was spotless, very convenient to everything, and the layout was perfect! The owners are super easy to work with also. (It is also cheaper then alot of the hotels I looked up.) We will definitely choose this place again in the future. It was really hard to leave after such a super weekend!

This condo is nice, pretty clean, and excellent location. If the weather had cooperated, we could've walked to many attractions. The small complex is quiet. There is even a small view outside the living room doors. We did have a couple of issues. The coffee pot had mold in it, the sheets in the master were not clean enough for my taste ( there is a washer on site so I washed them), my gamer hubby had an issue with the internet (we called the owners about the internet and left a message but received no response), and I did not like that in the master there was a small gap between the blinds and the door with no curtains. This rental is on the first floor, so I felt like if someone wanted to, they could see inside the master bedroom. Overall, we were very pleased with the room. The pictures accurately reflect the room. The price was excellent for our five night stay. I think it would be great if the condo complex added a small gym in the future. I would definitely stay at this condo complex again. I was hesitant at first about booking with VRBO, but thus far have had no issues and am pleased.

You are right, it is so close to the main parkway, you can walk to just about anything. Very conveniently located. I love having a washer on site that way you can wash anything and you don't have to go home with a bunch of laundry. Sorry about the coffee pot. Our cleaning lady is great and takes pride in her work, I will pass along the issues. My husband checked on the internet. They are working on upgrading to a faster Wi-Fi. Also we rent 2 other units located on the 2nd and 7th floor. I look forward to you staying with us again.

What an awesome condo!

We arrived to Spring Break traffic in Pigeon Forge, we were worried about how this was going to play out. The condo is on the main drag but set back far enough. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and beautiful the condo unit itself was and we had the most beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. We enjoyed watching sitting on the balcony, watching the sun come up over the Smokies and listening to the birds sing. It was great having a little washer and dryer and everything else was there that we might need. All the restaurants and shopping are very close so no need to worry about bringing all your stuff, Walmart is just up the road. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come to this condo again when we get up to PF again! Thank you :)

My family just got back from a trip to Pigeon Forge - we stayed in this condo and was so pleased with our choice. They have a beautiful condo - everything that is described in the description is true and complete. My family consisted of me and my husband, our daughter and son-in-law and our son. We were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two baths and the pull out sofa in the living room. The condo was so clean and inviting! It is right next door to Country Tonite. I loved being in the heart of the city without being "directly" on the street. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next visit.

We go to Pigeonforge 3 or 4 times a year by far this is the best condo for the price we have stayed in. It was very claen and was fully equipped for all your needs . We loved this condo and would recommend it for any one that would love a place like home and a great deal for the money. I promise you want be disappointed. It was a great fit for us and I think it will be for you too. Try it out like we did and you will be like us and plan on staying there from now on. It is so much more than the pictures show. The owners are so nice to deal with. Hope you try it soon. I just can't say enough about this condo. Just try it and see for your self.

This is a very nice condo, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again, can't beat it for the price. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 2 couples and a 3yr old. Good location and the owner is easy to deal with, done everything through email except payment. The condo is on the ground floor which is also a plus. We always stay in a cabin when we come to Pigeon Forge but wanted something alittle cheaper so we chose this condo and was very pleased. Thank you Bobby.

We just stayed here for 4 nights. We have previously stayed in cabins on our trips to Pigeon Forge. We decided to try something different this time. We are glad we did. We LOVED the location of this condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do on this trip. We had very little traveling time to any attraction. It was also VERY CLEAN which is a must for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a good place to stay for the price. Very convenient to everything. Fairly easy to get in and out if you know your way around. The condo was clean when we arrived, which is a plus for me. Quiet area, and not a lot of 'stuff' going on, which I don't care for. Great place to take your family. The owner was excellent to deal with, and I would recommend using their property in the future.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. The condo was beautiful, clean and EXACTLY as pictured! We loved, loved, loved the location of the complex as well. It is one block off the parkway, on a scenic hillside---very convenient, quiet and peaceful. We will definitely contact this owner again when we return to Pigeon Forge. My only suggestion to the owner would be to post the rental calendar on VRBO--when I searched for my irregular dates, and the units with calendars came up first--and had I not taken a chance in e-mailing the owner ,I would have missed this jewel!

Great location!Clean and Quiet!! We decide last minute to come up for Memorial Day weekend, and we got our condo booked the Friday before we left. A++ experience, may come up for July 4th weekend. Also loved being on 7th floor, great view of parkway!
