Our condo is new construction. It’s located directly behind the Brian Head Fire House. Enjoy the most fantastic views in Brian Head right from our two balconies (private hot tub on lower balcony). You can see the town’s spectacular Fourth of July fireworks display from the balconies also!
Brian Head is a popular location for winter sports. The resort gets around 350 inches of snowfall annually. Winter activities include: skiing, snow boarding, sledding, snow mobiling, tubing, and, of course, snow angel making. There are numerous locations for equipment rental and they are all very near the condo. You’ll never have to go far to get what ever your heart desires.
Brian Head has recently linked the Navaho and Giant Steps ski runs with the “Interconnect” project. The interconnect included additional ski lifts (now totaling eight), and a bridge over the highway that enables skiers and snow boarders to enjoy both mountains without ever removing their gear. The Navaho ski area is excellent for beginners as well as those who enjoy longer, pleasant runs, and the snow tubing park is a must-do. Giant Steps offers excellent ski runs for every skill level up to double black diamond.
When there’s no snow, Brian Head is known for mountain biking, ATV riding, and hiking. The mountains are loaded with trails, and there are several cycling events during the warmer months. The ski lifts continue service during the warmer months to convey riders and their bikes to the top of the mountain for the down-hill bike trails. Summer and Fall are also excellent times to take advantage of the near by monuments and national parks. Cedar Breaks National Monument is only a 15 minute drive, where photography is unmatched, (not to mention excellent hiking). The beautiful Brice Canyon and Zion National Parks are each about 1 ½ hours away by car.
Our condo is the epitome of luxury accommodations. The master and guest bedrooms are both equipped with queen sized memory foam mattresses. The bunk room has two incredible built-in queen sized bunks with their own individual lighting! There is also a sofa which can sleep one child or one adult. Every counter top is beautiful Golden Ray granite and the floor tile is Italian style travertine. There is carpeting in the bedrooms for extra comfort during the cold months. The master bathroom has dual stone sinks and the huge corner whirlpool tub also has twin showerheads. You will find the kitchen fully equipped with dinnerware and utensils, and all appliances are beautiful stainless steel. Relax in our plush leather sofas while enjoying the 46 inch LCD screen T.V. with surround sound. You’ll also find LCD TVs and DVD players in each bedroom as well as the bunk room. Overall, there is plenty of room to sleep up to nine adults comfortably.
On the ground floor, you will find the mud room where all your ski and snow board equipment can be conveniently stored. Here, you will also have access to our full sized washer and dryer so your “play” clothes can be ready for the next day.

This condo was amazing! The photos do not do it justice! You can tell the owners care and take pride in their property because the place was flawless! From the spacious kitchen which was fully stocked, to the decorated bedrooms and bathrooms which had wonderful personal touches, this condo had everything you could possibly ask for. The hot tub was an extra added bonus along with the beautiful views. The location is central to everything in town including of course the skiing which was incredible. Having the accessibility to the freedom passes for our skiing adventures made it all worth the trip. Lori was a perfect hostess and treated us like family; with respect and she made sure we had a fabulous time by answering all our questions. We had an absolutely amazing vacation and would highly recommend this condo for everyone. We cant' wait to return and plan to make this a semi-annual getaway.

The photos and description underestimated this condo -- it is incredible! It was immaculate and had everything you could possible ask for! The views are beautiful and unobstructed ... especially great from the hot tub on the deck. The kitchen is so well equipped and everything is up-to-date. The location for skiing is incredible -- just be sure to secure the freedom passes as soon as you make your reservation. We waited and were only be able to get them for one day, but it was really worth it! Not only do you save money, but time on the mountain too ... no waiting!! Lori was great to work with -- not only answered all our questions, but kept us updated as to weather conditions. Really a fabulous experience. Can't wait to come back!

I'm always skeptical when selecting getaway accommodations. Lori's condo will not disappoint. Very clean and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect - within walking distance to an intermediate lift and just down the road a bit to the central ski area and black diamond runs. Lori is always available via email and was very helpful during our stay with any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Fun to have the three levels, the kids loved it. This was a clean, well stocked, and beautiful condo. Lori was very helpful and thorough answering all questions. We skied at both Navajo and Giant Steps, and both were conveniently close to the condo. We did have pizza delivered from Pizanos Pizza and it was very good. I would recommend this condo and would like to stay here again next year.

Perfect condo for two families. Plenty of room for all to enjoy! Lori was very accessible when we had any questions. LOVED the hot tub and the cleansiness/newness of the condo!! Not ski in/out to the Navajo lodge (beginner runs), however we were fine driving over. The sleds and saucers in the garage came in handy for late day hill playing. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

With this being our second time going to Brian Head, we were looking for a place to stay that was close to the activities that makes Brian Head a relaxing getaway. It took us a long time in researching for a place to stay and finally decided to choose a property owned by Lori. Lori communicated with us and made us feel at ease. Even when Lori took some personal time off for her anniversary prior to my family arriving, she called me to find out how everything was going. Upon arriving at Black Diamond Condos, we knew we made the right choice. This place is well maintained and well stocked from the amenities to the decor. The location is a bit off of the "busy" highway 143 which made it nice and quiet to just enjoy the tranquility of Brian Head. The instructions that Lori provided us were spot on and in a heartbeat, would stay at any of Lori's property at Brian Head. I will definitely pass on this information to all my friends and family to work with Lori and stay at her condos at Brian Head. This place definitely makes it feel like our home away from home. Much aloha to Lori and her family.

What an amazing place!!! This is our second year in a row staying in Brian Head and at this particular condo. The condo is wonderful. From the decor to the multitude of ammentities to the jacuzzi on the balcony. It is truly a home away from home. We are 4 adults with 5 children and the condo fit our families perfectly.
