Stayed here at the end of the ski season with the family. The condo's description was very accurate and the layout of the condo works well. Though we didn't walk to the lifts, we did see others walking and it appeared to be a fairly easy walk. We all loved the jacuzzi at the end of the day. Very clean and well maintained property. The owner was extremely easy to work with and we look forward to future stays at this condo.

Long Weekend in Brianhead

We absolutely loved this property. Although we like to ski the Navajo side of the mountain and this condo is on the Giant Steps side, it was definitely worth the quick drive to that lodge to be able to stay in such a wonderful condo. The photos do not do it justice. The condo is decorated lovely and felt like we were at our own home. Our three teenagers had tons of space to themselves and loved the Xbox and tons of DVD's available to watch. We had everything plus more that we needed. We will definitely come back!

Amazing Condo

This condo was perfect for my trip to Brain Head. There were three couples and we all had plenty of space and really enjoyed all of the amenities of the unit, especially the hot tub on the balcony. The unit is beautifully adorned and there was nothing we needed that was not readily available. There is also a VERY extensive movie collection. Thank you so much for the hospitality and I will definitely reach out again for our next trip!

This was an amazing condo! Beautiful setting with views of the slopes from every room, the hot tub on the balcony was a huge hit! The interior was a masterpiece. The owner must be a professional interior designer if not, they missed their calling!!! On a scale of 1 -10, this listing is a 15+. It has my highest recommendation. It was a short walk to the lift and there was even a groomed sledding area at the end of the street.

The photos and description underestimated this condo -- it is incredible! It was immaculate and had everything you could possible ask for! The views are beautiful and unobstructed ... especially great from the hot tub on the deck. The kitchen is so well equipped and everything is up-to-date. The location for skiing is incredible -- just be sure to secure the freedom passes as soon as you make your reservation. We waited and were only be able to get them for one day, but it was really worth it! Not only do you save money, but time on the mountain too ... no waiting!! Lori was great to work with -- not only answered all our questions, but kept us updated as to weather conditions. Really a fabulous experience. Can't wait to come back!

Romantic getaway

This condo was amazing! The photos do not do it justice! You can tell the owners care and take pride in their property because the place was flawless! From the spacious kitchen which was fully stocked, to the decorated bedrooms and bathrooms which had wonderful personal touches, this condo had everything you could possibly ask for. The hot tub was an extra added bonus along with the beautiful views. The location is central to everything in town including of course the skiing which was incredible. Having the accessibility to the freedom passes for our skiing adventures made it all worth the trip. Lori was a perfect hostess and treated us like family; with respect and she made sure we had a fabulous time by answering all our questions. We had an absolutely amazing vacation and would highly recommend this condo for everyone. We cant' wait to return and plan to make this a semi-annual getaway.

Beautiful Condo

I'm always skeptical when selecting getaway accommodations. Lori's condo will not disappoint. Very clean and nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect - within walking distance to an intermediate lift and just down the road a bit to the central ski area and black diamond runs. Lori is always available via email and was very helpful during our stay with any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Fun to have the three levels, the kids loved it. This was a clean, well stocked, and beautiful condo. Lori was very helpful and thorough answering all questions. We skied at both Navajo and Giant Steps, and both were conveniently close to the condo. We did have pizza delivered from Pizanos Pizza and it was very good. I would recommend this condo and would like to stay here again next year.

Perfect condo for two families. Plenty of room for all to enjoy! Lori was very accessible when we had any questions. LOVED the hot tub and the cleansiness/newness of the condo!! Not ski in/out to the Navajo lodge (beginner runs), however we were fine driving over. The sleds and saucers in the garage came in handy for late day hill playing. With this being our second time going to Brian Head, we were looking for a place to stay that was close to the activities that makes Brian Head a relaxing getaway. It took us a long time in researching for a place to stay and finally decided to choose a property owned by Lori. Lori communicated with us and made us feel at ease. Even when Lori took some personal time off for her anniversary prior to my family arriving, she called me to find out how everything was going. Upon arriving at Black Diamond Condos, we knew we made the right choice. This place is well maintained and well stocked from the amenities to the decor. The location is a bit off of the "busy" highway 143 which made it nice and quiet to just enjoy the tranquility of Brian Head. The instructions that Lori provided us were spot on and in a heartbeat, would stay at any of Lori's property at Brian Head. I will definitely pass on this information to all my friends and family to work with Lori and stay at her condos at Brian Head. This place definitely makes it feel like our home away from home. Much aloha to Lori and her family.

What an amazing place!!! This is our second year in a row staying in Brian Head and at this particular condo. The condo is wonderful. From the decor to the multitude of ammentities to the jacuzzi on the balcony. It is truly a home away from home. We are 4 adults with 5 children and the condo fit our families perfectly.

Lori was the greatest to work with. I called her or emailed her and she got right back with me. We have stayed at several places in Brian Head and we loved this place. I wished I lived there, and my grandchildren had a place like this to enjoy year round. When we checked out the kids were all sad, we just wished it could have been for a month. When I got home and checked my e-mail Lori already had our security deposit back to us. This is one of the nicest condo's we have rented anywhere. Thanks so much Lori!!

It was a wonderful condo and very conviently located to the lifts! It was great to go out and snowboard/ski in the morning and take a break for lunch then head back out to the slopes! It was also great to relax in the hot tub after a long day on the mountain! We had a great time and will definitely be back!

We were lucky enough to pick Lori's wonderful condo for our Christmas vacation. It had every amenity thoughtfully provided and was so close to skiing and all the town activities. Brian Head is beautiful in winter and the condo was wonderful to curl up in after a day in the snow. I would so highly recommend this condo! We can't wait to come back!!!

We stayed in this Beautiful Condo over Labor Day Weekend and had the best time! It is tastefully decorated and warm and friendly with all of the comforts of home. Its modern amenities and upgraded fixtures were so aesthetically pleasing. The views off of the balconies (2) were amazing and we enjoyed the relaxing hot tub after a long day of fishing! As a person who enjoys the piece and quiet of the mountains, but doesn't like roughing it, this place was perfect. Thanks so much for a memorable weekend!

Fantastic condo. Everything about it was exactly what we wanted. Only a short walk for skiing-never had to get into the car the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return.
