A spiral staircase takes you to the observation deck with a panoramic view of the Verde Valley and Mazatzal Mountains. Perfect for cocktails at sunset. Now this is living!
The Rio Verde Community Center offers a wonderful heated pool and hot tub in addition to exercise room and library. Golfing is offered next door at Tonto Verde’s two championship courses and through a Golf Package at two newly-renovated courses at Rio Verde Country Club. Shopping, dining and special events are close by in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Rio Verde also borders the McDowell Mountain Park, which provides excellent and scenic hiking and mountain biking opportunities.
