This was our 2nd visit to this lovely home and we plan to return next year. It is ideal for 4 golfing buddies. The location is excellent - close to everything - and the house is beautifully maintained and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the spa and pool - it is lovely. Dinners at the Turtle Club and Randy's were superb, as were the meals we barbequed at the house. Highly recommended.

Just back from our fourth visit to this wonderful villa. It is still as clean and fresh as our first visit in 2009 (a real credit to Mary, Zim and these other satisfied customers listed here). This really is home from home for our autumn holiday. The only problem we have is persuading our son out of the pool so that we can visit places, because there is an awful lot to do and see in southwest Florida. As it says over and over in these reviews you will really love this place and have not regrets other than having to leave when your holiday is over.

Great Rental!

We rented this place twice in 2012 and in 2011 and we normally never rent more than once as we tend to explore new places. However with this one we could not resist and it was well worth it. Mary is a very responsive owner with unsurpassed attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised to see how many useful things were readily available for us that are not typically included with a rental. Both times we rented the place was clean. The pool is a good size, L shape pool setup, hot tub and patio create a very nice and secluded outdoor space "attached" to the house. We spent a lot of time just there reading and watching kids enjoying the pool. Bikes are fun and there are plenty to select from. Area is nice. State Park pass includes free beach parking. Overall this is a great family vacation rental, highly recommended!

The home was fantastic and equiped with all our needs. The owner was always available for questions.it was really clean and well kept up! We had afantastic time. The Naples zoo, boantical gardens, dolphin cruise , airboat tours in the everglades, and Tip City for shopping were some things we did. We had come down for a wedding of our daughter and the church was nearby and the resception was at the State Park nearby which was beautiful.

We just got home from this beautiful house yesterday and are already wondering when we'll be able to return! The phrase "home away from home" doesn't begin to do it justice. From the welcoming music playing to the ceiling fans turning, from the moment we walked in the door we were beyond excited to have chosen this house. There was not one thing not thought of or planned ahead for. We enjoyed the pool every day after going for great bike rides in the mornings. The location was perfect and a short, easy ride to great restaurants nearby and in Old Naples. We even took the 35-minute trip to a casino in Imokalee one night -- and one night only for obvious reasons! Honestly, we can't say enough how great this was and how highly we would recommend staying here:)

One of my friends recently got married at La Playa and 8 of us decided to rent this home instead of staying in hotel rooms. This was the best decision we could have made! The house exceeded our expectations from the minute we walked in. The layout is spacious and accomodating for larger groups and the pool/hot tub directly off of the common area is absolutely beautiful! This house has everything you would need for a beach vacation - the garage is fully stocked with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, bikes, etc. The kitchen area is also well stocked and the outside area has a gas grill which we enjoyed using as an alternative to taking a larger group out to dinner. The location was absolutely perfect with a short drive, bike or walk to the beaches and right around the corner from La Playa where our friend's wedding was held. There are numerous great choices for restaurants that are within the neighborhood or a short drive away. Overall our entire group was so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in providing such a great rental experience. This house has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental and then some. No one in our group wanted to leave the house and we are already talking about our next possible trip back!!

We had a wonderful time and excellent weather. We found we enjoyed the pool and lanai tremendously! Nothing like a 4 mile walk in 90 degree weather and then a dip in the pool. The location is excellent - close to so much. We rented a deck boat, drove to both Sanibel and Marco Islands, took an air boat ride in the everglades, went on a dinner cruise, and relaxed on the beach.

What a wonderful experience! We were greeted with music, wine and cheese in a beautifully decorated modern, super clean house. Home away from home with all the comforts and warmth of my own home. Mary has thought of everything that would make anyone's stay at her house a delight. It doesn't look or feel like a rental. I found everything I needed and more. I had forgotten nail polish remover and sure enough, Mary had in the master bathroom. We all enjoyed the pool, but specially our grand children enjoyed it to the max. We wanted to spend time with our children and grandchildren and the spacious living/kitchen area was ideal for family interaction. The kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets we needed to bake a birthday cake and to cook all the delicious gourmet foods my daughter created. We are looking forward to going back next year.

This home was perfect for our relaxing family vacation in Naples! Beautiful on the inside and out, this home met and exceeded our expectations from the moment we pulled in the drive. The owner is so great to work with, and there was someone there and available to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The house is so tastefully decorated and they have included with the home everything you need for a vacation at the beach! The pool and spa area is perfect and provided the relaxation we needed for our time away. All the bedrooms were so nice, and the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with everything we forgot to bring :) Easily accessible to everything we wanted to do and see, this home was absolutely perfect for our wonderful vacation in Naples!!!

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect. The house is brand new and everything is perfectly clean and updated. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and the bathrooms are spotless (the master bath is very luxurious!) We traveled with 4 adults and 4 young children, and the layout was perfect for us. The owners have plenty of children's gear - between packnplays, high chairs, toys and other pool/beach goodies. We also found a babygear rental company in naples to help us with a few extra cribs, which was so easy and convenient. The house has a lovely pool that we and the kids practically lived in, and a covered lanai that we enjoyed each day and evening. The location is terrific and very convenient to local beaches and state park. We had a blast exploring and would certainly come back!

Our stay was excellent--perfect weather helped, but the home was delightful. Mary has thought of everything:beach towels, toys and umbrellas, cribs, highchairs, bikes, a totally equipped kitchen, coolers, even a first aid kit and note pads. The location is great: close to both Vanderbuilt Beach and Delmore-Wiggens State Park, and walking distance to shopping center with restaurants, movie theaters, shopping and groceries. The pool, spa and grill were put to great use. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped inside to be greeted with soft music and wine and cheese. Mary was easy to work with and Zim was there quickly with anything we needed, including the phone number of a local pediatrician! The place was in great condition and spotless and the floor plan worked well for our family with 5 adults and a baby--very open yet with plenty of privacy. We hope to return!

New villa, superbly decorated, with mod cons. This really is a lovely place to base your holiday in wonderful Southwest Florida. Beds are comfortable, pool and spa excellent, beach towels and bikes provided and the best beach and sunsets just 5 minutes away. You will NOT be disappointed. Thanks Mary, this is our second visit and we'll be back next year.( don't miss Coconut Point 10 minutes north on US41 for excellent shopping and dining as well as all that Naples has to offer)

Wonderfully comfortable home....

Four of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls get-a-way. The home is very lovely and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! The home has everything provided that I can think of. We made use of the beach chairs, beach bags, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to go. We enjoyed mornings outside drinking coffee and chatting. This was the first of annual trips for our group and we would not hesitate to come back same time next year! Mary was a pleasure to work with in preparation of our trip. Zim was right there when we had a slight problem. I've rented many properties through VRBO and this is one of the nicest! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home with us!

A Wonderful Place To Stay

This was our first experience with VRBO; a friend suggested that we try this route instead of staying in hotel rooms for our daughter's wedding. We couldn't have been more satisfied. We rented Mary's 4 bedroom 3 bath home for our immediate family. It was the perfect setting for our family and friends during the wedding weekend. It was close to the Ritz Carlton; clean, and inviting. We had plenty of space for family and friend gatherings. The pool and spa was a hit for both the children and adults. The home was equipped with many essentials: from the coffee pot to suntan lotion...thank you! We used the bikes, cooler, beach towels and chairs when we took a trip to the gulf. The home was new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, it was furnished with updated furniture including flat screen TVs in each room, the stereo was turned on, and the refrigerator and pantry was stocked for the evening. We appreciated the lock system instead of keys...everyone could come and go without difficulty. The Ritz's is a 5 star hotel...but we would give this home 6 stars!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Mary's house in Naples - the best we have rented in Florida with lots of extras to make the holiday easier and more fun - bikes for all, toys for the pool,beach stuff, and Zim ready to help if needed. The house is a real home from home, in a nice neighbourhood, and very close to the beaches and Naples itself - Denor Wiggins State Park is a real treat. The area is great for families - beaches,waterparks,river and sea cruises,the zoo, and much more besides.Well done Mary for setting such a high standard

Our family and friends had the greatest pleasure to stay at Mary’s house during the last week of April when we were getting ready for our daughter’s wedding. This is the best house we could possibly wished to stay at. The house is very stylish, extremely clean, well maintained and very inviting. We felt like being at home. Mary had thought of absolutely everything, from the nicely equipped kitchen to the ample supply of towels, the beach chairs, the bikes and even the fishing rods. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers which was very nice and generous gesture. The pool was the favorite place for everybody to come to after a long day of exploring or fishing, and most admired to relax after all the dancing at the wedding. Mary is just a wonderful person to talk to and made the whole experience a breeze. This was the best choice I have ever made when choosing a place for vacation. It was a great experience. The house is close to the beach, Ritz, La Playa and the new shopping center Mercado. We enjoyed the area so much including the lively 5th Ave. We highly recommend renting this home and cannot wait to plan another trip to Naples so we can some of the places we were not able to see. Zim is always ready to help, when needed. Thank you Mary for everything!

The house was great. Mary is the most gracious hostess. Very well thought out as to the contents in the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen welled stocked, pool and sauna very enviting, and most of all well maintained and clean. Turle Club is a must as is the new shopping center Mercato. Great shops and food and even a new night life spot the Blue Martini. I would highly recommend this home. Thanks Mary and to Zim

Our family just returned from this wonderful home. We couldn't ask for better accomodations. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need from towels to tissues Mary has everything covered! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and so close to the beach. We will definitely return to this wonderful home on our next trip to Naples. Thanks Mary for making our vacation house a home away from home.

For the second year in a row, we have spent Thanksgiving at the Gill's lovely home in Naples. We absolutely love it! No detail is missing - the house has every amenity one could need, and the location is perfect. We biked to the beach daily, and spent plenty of time in both the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well-equipped for preparing a generous Thanksgiving feast. Additionally, Mary could not be a better owner to deal with - very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Although rarely needed, Zim, the local contact is always available, and eager to please. The house was immaculate and smelled SO CLEAN upon our arrival. Thanks so much. We hope to spend time in the future at your home.

We stayed at Mary’s vacation rental on August 22-27, 2009. The house was immaculate and was fully equipped with all the essentials (tissue, paper towels, soap, pots and pans, dishes, spices, trash bags and etc). Upon arrival you are greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, which we thought was very thoughtful. All 4 rooms had their own t.v. and dvd player and we were also provided access to WiFi. The Naples area was very nice and the house is located close to many grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. If you’re looking for great food and a beautiful view I would suggest getting either lunch or dinner at the Turtle Club. We enjoyed the covered lanai and heated pool with a Jacuzzi. The neighborhood was very quiet and the perfect place for an evening bike ride. I highly recommend renting this home and cannot wait to plan another trip to Naples.

This is the best villa we have stayed in when visiting Florida. It was like a home from home. Everything you could ask for was provided and the standard of furnishing and equipment was high. I would highly reccomend it to anyone wanting to stay in Naples and if we come back to Naples I would definitely hope to rent this villa.

My family recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation here in Naples. The house was very welcoming and we felt like we were at home.Very functional and comfortable furniture and beds.The location is convenient to the ocean,restaurants, and shopping. The bikes were wonderful and the pool was very nice to cool off in later in the afternoon. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean and very safe and I would definitely rent this home again. A great vacation experience. Lance

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in einem wunderschönen Haus. Unsere Kinder verliebten sich auf Anhieb in das Pool. Es war alles im Haus vorzufinden was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Selbst Utensilien die einen Strandaufenthalt angenehm machen waren vorhanden (Stühle, Sonnenschirm, Kühlbox, usw.).Wir können das Haus mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen! This was our favourite home during our 5 weeks in Florida - we even tried to rent it an extra week since we realised no other home would be able to top this! The location was great - close to the Delenor Wiggins park with great beaches for both swimming and fishing. But it was the house itself and the warm welcome from Mary and her family that we will want to come back to. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING from beach bags to blenders. It´s beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds and soft sheets. Spices and basic cooking products such as sugar, ketchup, flour etc are provided. There was nothing we lacked or wished different. We would gladly recommend this to home anybody. Thank you again Mary for letting us stay and thanks for bringing over the extra toys for the boys and our babygirl - you really made us feel welcome!

We stayed here during half term - its a fantastic well spec'd house with pool and spa, they have thought of everything, its furnished to a very high standard, and close to the beach and state park. The whole experice of staying in Naples was wonderful, and the children loved coming back each afternoon to the pool. We will certainly be coming back - thankyou

We recently stayed at this home and it was gorgeous. Everything about the house was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The furnishings in the house are very nice and everything is brand new. We will definatley be renting this home again.
