This great home has easy beach access right across the street. It has great views of Cape Kiwanda and the Pacific Ocean. It is conveniently located less than a one minute walk to the Pelican Pub, the coffee shop and the beach. The location is very kid friendly and you can just pull up and not have to get back in your car until you leave.

The home features reverse living with two living areas, one on each floor. It is a very cozy home and has a great wood burning fireplace for you and your friends and children to relax to.

There is a separate ping pong room with great views of the ocean. You will find all the beds and bedding to be extremely comfortable and each living area has its own TV and DVD player. There is high speed internet access.

The upstairs has the master bedroom with a full bathroom and the downstairs has two bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and the other with a queen-size bed. The downstairs has a full bathroom with a claw foot tub and a pull out futon in the living area.

There is a fenced in back yard and covered parking.

  • We had an enjoyable weekend at this home which is located nearly next door to the Pelican Pub, a great place to dine. We especially enjoyed the massive fireplace and pingpong table for this adult only get away.

  • The location could not have been better for the wedding we attended at the Pelican Brewery. The set-up of the house worked out perfectly for our group - everyone could not have been happier with the rental! It was clean and well stocked with things like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap - all that you expect from a house rental.

  • 6/12/09 We had a small family renunion and the house was perfect! There was plenty of parking, lots of yard space to utilize between beach trips. The view to the beach was great. Being able to sit in the game room with your coffee in the morning and watching the waves was perfect. Backyard is completely fenced so you don't have to worry about kids or dogs escaping! Appliances/decor/furniture were very up to date and cute! A Surfers dream. The owner was very helpful, and eager to make his place the best! Even when we had an appliance issue on the weekend, he immediately had a handy man there to address the problem and fixed as soon as possible. Now the house is truely, up to date (even before the new fridge, it was great!) and can't wait to get back there!! Will defianately be going back, and so will the other family members!!

  • Practical, comfortable family home, just right off the beach. Partial view of ocean and Cape from the game room. The game room was great fun and T.V on both levels was useful. Bring your own DVD's and VHS tapes (very few good rentals in area). Fun to watch the dory boats launch from the beach. Close to Lincoln City, but not very close to Canon Beach / Seaside.   • What an awesome location. We loved pulling our car in and not getting back into it until we were ready to go home. Great place for children as well as our dog. We would love to come back again:)

  • Thanks for a great vacation! The house suited our big family and then some. We played on the beach all day and came home to a toasty fire at night. Everything was clean and updated. The kids loved playing ping pong. Overall, this cozy cottage fit our budget for a beach getaway and we will definitely be returning.

  • Our family stayed the weekend at this house and it was perfect. It is an absolute ideal location and the house is great for families. The kids loved the bonus room with the ping pong table, which was located right next to the kitchen and living room so that we could easily keep an eye on them. Perfect place to be able to grab your surfboard and walk right to the waves.
