Our home is a typical Cape Cod cottage which may look small, but it is deceiving in that it has four bedrooms, with four twins in two bedrooms upstairs and a double and a queen in two bedrooms downstairs, so it sleeps seven or eight comfortably. It is on a treed, 3/4 acre lot on a quiet road, a fifteen minute walk to town.
It is in the old Wianno section of Osterville, preferred because of its proximity to town and the beaches, as this area is virtually surrounded by water. From our house, you have only a ten minute walk to a lovely, restricted beach on the Sound, overlooking East Bay, where the kids can crab or fish or swim. Or go past the exclusive Wianno Golf Club, to West Bay and the drawbridge that leads to the gated island of Oyster Harbors, and visit the century-old Crosby Boatyard.
The town of Osterville is one of the jewels of the Cape. It has remained unspoiled for decades, a hidden treasure. If you are looking for t-shirts stores, you'll have to drive 15 minutes to Hyannis. If you want a motel, don't bother with Osterville. If you like neon signs and fast food franchises, keep driving. All we've got is quaint shops, a soda fountain, a town barber, home-made ice-cream, art galleries, and the bustle of a lively little summer resort town.

is $1800/week during the the Summer peak period with a 10%
