Bedroom - Rome, Italy Vacation Rental Unbelievably placed apartment (ground floor with independent entrance) on the edge of Tiber River, in the heart of the ancient Rome, really close to all the most important historical sites and world-famous roman places: Piazza Navona, Trastevere, San Pietro (Vatican city - Holy See), Pantheon, Campo dè Fiori (historical open market place), Ara Pacis, Via Condotti and Via del Corso (top shopping areas), piazza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti, Piazza del Popolo etc. The apartment is composed by two floors: ground floor - living room plus convertible queen-size sofa bed and TV, dining corner and full kitchen. First floor - Bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, amazing dressing with big mirrors. On request we can provide breakfast supplies, wine, fresh flowers and all the information you need about the city. Special requests can also be satisfied upon request at booking time. Cleaning service can be arranged for an hourly rate.

Additional €100 Deposit will be required to hold reservation via PayPal,
Bank Transfer. Final settlement is Due in Cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.
Rates include all Taxes, Towels & Lines. Departure Cleaning is €20.
€30 Surcharge for Late night/Early morning arrivals or departures and Sunday &
Holidays arrivals or departures.
