Luxury renovated one bedroom, one bath condominium on a private island of Lake Travis. Lake front views from the Villa and balcony.
The panoramic view of the lake and hills from the bedroom is purely incredible. There's a queen-size bed and queen-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a large shower with a corner seat.
The resort has two lovely outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs overlooking the lake, beautiful indoor pool and hot tub, huge fittness center, tennis courts (we supply you four racquets with balls), shuffle board and full service Island Spa.
There is an on-site marina and boat ramp to provide easy access to boating, jet skiing and sailing. The property has a gated entrance with beautiful courtyards.

We bought this vacation rental for ourselves but started renting it to others while not using it. It because so popular we got another. We live in both Austin and Los Angeles. We like the smaller town feel the Austin area offers.

We are a family of five (three small children) and we really enjoyed our stay here this past week. Because the weather was so unfavorable, we couldn't take advantage of the lake but even though we stayed inside the condo pretty much our entire time there, we enjoyed it very much. We had to book it last minute and Mark was more than accommodating to us. The condo looks exactly as pictured here - updated, clean, and very comfortable. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to get away.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

You will absolutely love staying in this condo! Mark is wonderful to work with, and gets back with you quickly if you have a problem or a question. This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home, with the added bonus of the spectacular view off the bedroom on the balcony overlooking Lake Travis with the cliffs. We were entertained by all the kids jumping off the cliffs right across from the condo! You will not be disappointed if you rent this condo!

What a really relaxing environment and very comfortable funishings. The view from the bedroom and patio was ever so enticing to stay and take it all in. The deer in the moring and late evenings were a sweet suprise while walking around The Island. You will enjoy tremendously.

I absolutely loved this condo! The view was breathtaking and very romantic. Every detail was thought of when putting it together. I enjoyed the spa and seeing all the dear. This was exactly what we needed. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Mark!
