My husband, our pup and I spent a relaxing week in March at this awesome house! We just needed a break from the everyday, and decided to explore East Hampton on a whim - we are hooked. We spent days letting the pup romp on the beach and swimming, and evenings cuddled by the fire watching movies. A perfect time had by all. A great house and a wonderful location!

We stayed in this stunning, unique retreat on Nov 2010. The house is extremely comfortable with magnificent trees, wild deer & squirrels in the garden. Peace, beauty & serenity reign in this very special part of the world. A magnificent brief drive to stunning East Hampton village. House is a treasure with modern appliances and spacious. Owner gave us very comprehensive information about the house and the Hamptons. Cannot wait to return. We live in Sydney, Australia. A very special vacation.

We stayed here for one week and had a fabulous time! The house was charming and clean. It was a quick 5 minute drive to town. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy the Hamptons!

The house is terrific! Open floor plan, comfy and nicely furnished. It was perfect location to enjoy bay beaches and ocean too. We will certainly return.

If you've reached this page you’re only minutes away from making a great decision. The house is fantastic with all the comforts of home. We’ve been coming out to East Hampton for years and never knew about the beautiful bay beaches. Take a ride down Old Spring Fireplace Rd to see breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Edward is a gracious and accommodating host and very easy to work with. I wish I could keep this place a secret because once the word gets out it will certainly book up quickly. Best two week vacation ever – this rental is a no brainer – just do it!

We spent the Thanksgiving Weekend with friends and family here, and had a fantastic time. This is a really well appointed home, and close to a number of great area attractions. A lot of beautiful areas nearby. Very reasonable pricing, too. Ed (the owner) was very accomodating and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this house in September. Off season in the Hamptons is fantastic. Farm fresh produce from the nearby stand, no crowds, gorgeous beach. Enjoyed the kitchen, entertainment center, wireless. Loved the deer and cardinals.

My new wife and I were looking for a house to relax in for our honeymoon. After spending a week here, we couldn't have found a more perfect place! The house is beautiful, very quiet, but close to everything. Even the deer like hanging out there - we saw them almost every day. The owner, Ed, is very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend staying at this house.

This is a beautiful house with all brand new furniture and appliances. It provides for a very comfortable and enjoyable get away. I have stayed there with a group of my friends twice so far and plan on returning again. It has a nice view from the balconies in the upstairs rooms and is right near the beach. I strongly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a wonderful stay.

I would highly recommend this house. It is a beautiful space and very comfortable. It's equally good for exploring the hamptons (from slightly off the beaten track) or just hanging out. The owner had many helpful sugestions on what to do/see while we were there! Also, compared to alternatives, very reasonably priced!

This is a lovely place to stay. Beautifully furnished and everything brand new from the appliances and pots and pans in the kitchen to the linens. Comfortable beds, tasteful living and dining area and a fantastic kitchen. It's everything you need and more in a great area off the beaten path. Very friendly and helpful owner as well. I'd stay there again.

This house is fantastic. Imaculate and everything is brand new. Beautiful water views and the house is completely private and really comfortable. This is our 3rd time back. Absloutely loved it. Very reasonable. ALSO FORGET THE POOL, MOST OF THE HOUSES WITH POOLS ARE RUN DOWN AND THE BAY IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!!
