Located just three miles from historic Sonoma Plaza, this artful, romantic, and private contemporary cottage is a perfect retreat for two (or one)!

Beautiful Mexican paver tiles cover floors and counter tops. A wood stove compliments retro furnishings and artwork, and provides unsurpassed coziness during winter months. This special place is for the lithe - as a ladder leads to the sleeping loft with a comfortable queen bed and luxurious linens.

Satellite television in both the loft and the living area will allow you to keep in touch with the outside world - if you wish - or tune in to music channels. The living area's flat screen HDV TV is equipped with a built in DVD player.

The patio is equipped with lawn chairs, a bistro table and barbecue.

This peaceful retreat is a perfect place to enjoy your partners undivided attention, to paint, read, relax. A built in desk invites writers who long for quiet times and privacy.

A washer and dryer makes the cottage convenient for extended stays. A large walk-in closet/dressing room is located just off the bathroom. Weekly housekeeping is provided.

  • My wife and I could not have been more satisfied with our experience. The cottage is very comfortable and contains all the critical amenities (including a nice grill and washer / dryer). The owners (Pat and Dave) are great people who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The property surrounding the cottage is secluded and gorgeous. I would assume anyone visiting would have a rental car but if you don't and are planning to just walk into Sonoma Square (~2.5 miles), please keep in mind that the property is on a hill / mountain and there is over a half mile of steep incline on the road to reach the cottage. All in all, I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone who is not afraid to climb a very sturdy ladder to their bedroom :-).

  • Not only is this accommodation beautiful, peaceful and unique, but the owners of the property are extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I went by myself and found it to be perfect for someone traveling alone. If you visited the cottage as a couple I think you would find it very enjoyable as well!
