You and your guests will feel right at home in this roomy and comfortable newly built (2006) luxury property in the exclusive neighborhood of DC Ranch. This home is ideal for families (lots of space for kids to play) while just 100 yds from a huge neighborhood park as well as adults who love to entertain. The gourmet kitchen is quite large with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and lots of seating- 3 at counter and 4 at kitchen table. The kitchen is attached to the dining room - seats 6 which features French doors leading to the scenic backyard.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs with ceiling fans and walk-in closets. The master bedroom/ bathroom features his and her vanities/ closets as well as a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. It also has an entertainment center with TV, DVD and stereo. The second bedroom has hardwood floors, desk with printer and balcony facing out to beautiful mountain views. The 3rd bedroom is large and includes a TV/VCR. Bedroom 4 is ideal for kids or singles with 2 twin beds. And Bedroom 5 is downstairs and includes an attached full size bathroom. In addition to the 4 queen and 2 twin beds, there are 2 extra long twin beds available for use as well as a Pack and Play and High chair for toddlers. The 4 full baths feature granite counters and all amenities, ie. shampoo, soap, toilet paper, linens, hair dryers. The living room features a large screen Mitsubishi TV, DVD/ CD player with indoor/ outdoor surround sound and a gas fireplace.
The home's yard backs up to a natural scenic wash which is a great area to socialize, barbecue and enjoy the rock waterfall/pond and outdoor fireplace during the cooler winter months. There is lots of seating in the backyard and courtyard so everyone will feel comfortable. In addition to the comforts of home guests also have access to the Desert Camp Community Center where there is a fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, children's playground, and both adult and toddler pools. For those who hike the home is also just steps away from hiking and mountain biking trails. You will be amazed by the scenery! And for the golf enthusiasts this home is just a few minutes drive from TPC, Greyhawk and Troon golf courses.
But wait, don't forget the shopping and restaurants! DC Ranch Marketplace is 2 miles, Kierland Shopping is 5 miles and Desert Ridge is just a few exits off the 101 N. Since the home is close to 101 its just a short drive (about 15 minutes) to Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square, art galleries and the New Waterfront. Coffee provided for the first couple days of your stay as well as the usual cooking spices.
