Easy to find in the first luxurious, secluded home development south of the last light at the end of town. No icy roads to climb, convenient to Hwy 9 and shuttle service to slopes and town.
Welcome your friends or family to 6 Bedrooms and 7 bathrooms of pure luxury. The 3 levels include 2 kitchens, laundry, 2 dining areas, 2 media rooms, pool table room and a study with high speed internet. The bedrooms are furnished with luxury linens and high end furnishings comparable to resort living. The dining areas will seat 18 for meals with a gourmet kitchen fully appointed, even 2 dishwashers. The heated garage has one parking space available for guests and driveway space for parking 2 to 3 more cars. The entire home has everything you need including large capacity washer, dryer, built in automatic humidifiers, latest Flat screen TVS, DVD players, hot tub, BBQ grills and much more.
The 2 main level master suites open to the upper level deck which sprawls across the length of the house. Enjoy your favorite refreshment while taking in the view of skiers at the resort and the majestic trees as your scenic backdrop. The two upstairs master suites have the identical view, one with jetted tub. All other bedrooms have multiple mountain views. There are 5 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 doubles. Both media rooms have queen sleeper sofas and there are also 2 air mattress available. The study is equipped with sofa, desk and has a private full bath. It is also a perfect place to find your favorite hot spot since the house has wireless high speed internet. The main media and pool table rooms are on the bottom level with another full kitchen and private bath. From there step out to that killer view again to the massive bottom deck that has a picnic table, patio furniture and the 9 person hot tub. An additional deck is also on the back of the house for outdoor cooking and relaxing.

Why the Owner Chose Bekkedal
We wanted to find a location that could offer us the best of what Colorado has to offer. We looked around and determined that for the price overall that Breckenridge had the best mountain to ski on (big enough not to get bored and snowboarder friendly) and the summer activities are almost endless. These made our decision much easier. The size of our home is large enough for our own family to enjoy even as our children grow and marry bringing grandchildren to enjoy the blessings with us as well.
The Unique Benefits at this House
My favorite spot in this house is a chair by the fireplace. I love looking out at the beautiful view and knowing that I'm free to rest and to enjoy. I love to cook as well, this kitchen is so easy to cook in. It has TWO, count them TWO dishwashers. Clean up has never been so pleasant. Finally, in the summer the deck area is more than inviting. Sitting while the sun comes up with your favorite warm mug and reading is only enhanced by sitting while the sun goes down with your favorite spirited beverage while chatting with friends. Add the hot tub into this mix and it all gets even better. Personal best hot tub experience: try the hot tub during a major snow fall, nothing quite like snow falling and accumulating on your head while you are resting in liquid warmth. ALMOST HEAVENLY!!!

My family of 17 stayed at this house the first week in August 2010. Our family reunion was a long time coming and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The house was beautiful and you feel right at home. The kids loved the pool table, the adults loved the big kitchen (and 2 grills), and everyone loved the view. The location is perfect. Its 5 minutes from town so it's a little quieter which is perfect after a long day. More about the location… we had a little bear come by the house. He actually knocked on the window! Everyone took pictures and video. The nice part, even though the owner doesn't live near by they contacted us during our stay to warn us about the bears. We contacted the owners another time during our stay with a few questions and they responded right away. It's nice to know you can contact them in case of an emergency. I would recommend this home to anyone!!

My sister rented the home for a Saturday to Saturday stay last summer - my brother and I arrived late on Tuesday evening (from Florida and Pennsylvania) - as we stepped into the beautifully decorated family room, I turned to my brother and said "We should have arrived on Saturday." Accomodations were great - and like Goldilocks, I tried evey chair and found each one "just right". The home was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with plenty of parking, seating and sleeping choices. We have already booked another week and look forward to our next visit. This time, we'll arrive on Saturday.

My family and I had the chance to stay at this beautiful home during ski season and we all loved it. From the beautiful furnishings, wood, scenic views and fresh air to the practical things like a large kitchen, roomy and quiet bedrooms, game rooms, hot tub and ski changing area in the heated garage. The convenience of being minutes from town (not to close but not too far away either) is a real advantage to consider. Being able to take a walk up the mountain right out the back door or strap on your cross country skis and explore is priceless. You don't find this kind just anywhere anymore. This place has it all and we look forward to going back again and again!

I had the privilege of staying at this magnificent home over Spring Break along with two other families! It is fabulous! The location of the property is extremely convenient to downtown Breckenridge, the view is wonderful and the accommodations in the home are incredible! It is beautifully furnished and offers a gourmet kitchen, a large game room, an outdoor hot tub, as well as 6 bedrooms and 7th bathrooms. The house is very spacious. We had 15 people there for the week, but we never felt crowded. We went into town, visited the shops and ate at several good restaurants during our stay. We skied, rented snowmobiles, and went sledding and all of these opportunities are close by. Everyone enjoyed the trip and staying at this property was the ultimate delight! I definitely recommend this property! It is a great place for relatives and/or friends to gather!

This house is totally awsome! Awsome location, awsome view, awsome home. Each bedroom is extremely comfortable with great beds and furnishings. The linens for bed and bath are of the best quality along with very comfortable mattress and pillows. The kitchen and dining areas are one of the home's best qualities. Great kitchen to cook and hang out in. Many food prep areas in the kitchen, along with two dishwashers, two sinks, two ovens and many more. Also, the appointments of this kitchen are of the best quality; ie dishes that are beautiful, suitable to the home and none of them are even chipped. The best of care and quality! I would recommend this home for a vacation rental in a heartbeat. We have had the wonderful opportunity to be there both summer and witner time. Great get away with the most perfect location. There is even a Starbucks within 1.5 miles! What more could you ever need? Have fun! B. Kallevig
