  We have rented condos in Wildwood before as well as in many other countries. Although the condo was clean, very close to the beach (can easily return to the condo for lunch, bathroom break), photos are representative and the owner was efficient and reliable, we would not return. The ad states "view of the ocean", "watch the rays from your balcony". The condo drearily looks onto the Hassles ice cream parking lot and back of the boardwalk buildings. You would have to step on tiptoe and crane your neck catch a glimpse of the ocean from the condo. Note also that the balcony for the condo is a shared balcony with the other 2 units at the top. The "full" kitchen does not include a dishwasher and there are only 3 kitchen chairs so for a family of 4, we had to sit our kids on the floor. Compared to previous experiences, small touches like wine glasses, drying rack for dishes, plug for the drain, serving bowls, were missing. Eating at the condo was so depressing, we ended up going out to restaurants more: we should have spent more on a better condo and eaten in. The contract also stated local telephone services provided (we had friends in another condo we needed to communicate with) but the telephone had been removed. Since there was neither telephone nor internet, it made finding restaurants and contact numbers for activities very difficult. The bathroom constantly smelled, perhaps due to the mold-covered vent on the ceiling. I would also not recommend this condo young children: we were very rarely at the condo, but the one night we ate at the condo, our children (5 and 3) were waiting for dinner to be ready, they were running on the balcony for perhaps 5-7 minutes and a "permanent resident" downstairs came out to inform us that running was not allowed. On the positive side, the owner was very quick to respond, answered all of our questions, and returned the security deposit promptly. Thank goodness the North Wildwood beach is gorgeous and the weather was great since we didnt have to spend much time in the condo. In our experience, for the price, there are better options available in the Wildwoods (pool/view/ larger condo/ private balcony).

  We stayed at the property for Memorial Day weekend. The pictures are very accurate. Cute 2 bedroom condo very close to the beach and boardwalk. Apartment is modernized with corian countertops and hardwood floors. This was a perfect place for our vacation. Owner supplied trash bags and paper necessities and very easy to deal with. Condo was clean and cozy. Every room had a TV. Great location with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Joe, we hope to see you next year!

  We had a great time, our kids loved it! The condo was really comfortable with all the home comforts and nicely laid out. The beach access was great. The condo felt very private and quiet, just what we were looking for. Thanks :)
