Deal directly with the local owner and not a property management company.....Large one bedroom oceanfront in beautiful 2 year old resort: 5 pools, 170' Lazy River, covered parking, enclosed temperature controlled hallways.............. 7th floor with fantastic balcony views. 2 full size beds, full size Murphy bed, (3" premium mattress toppers added in Sept.), queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 5 easily and 8 cozily. Can sleep as many as a 2 bedroom unit. All linens and towels......owner lives 5 minutes away and will personally greet guests, help with luggage, give local advice and be available 24 hrs. for room emergencies (no rental company to go through). ........10 minutes from airport (free airport pickup and drop off).
MANY UPGRADES FROM THE STANDARD UNIT!....high quality balcony furniture (no plastic chairs), ceiling fans, 42" LCD TV with surround sound system. 25" TV in bedroom. 2 DVD players, Lazy Boy recliner, owner's library, cocktail and wine glasses, blender, upgraded toaster, programmable coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, silverware, full size stove and refrigerator, dishwasher, SS double sink, compact size Washer and dryer with laundry products for your use. ALSO: paper products, bottled water, cleaning supplies (for your convenience, you don't have to clean your unit before leaving and it will be throughly cleaned before you arrive; by myself and my wife).....NO CLEANING FEES!! coffee and tea, many spices and condiments (why should you have to run out to the store because you need a little oregano?).......crib or highchair on request............in room Wi-Fi......FREE DELIVERY AND STOCKING OF YOUR PRE-ARRIVAL GROCERY ORDER (Every family arriving in Myrtle Beach on Saturday will saturate the supermarkets that afternoon and evening)..............NOTE: there is no daily maid service which you would receive if you were a hotel guest; I would consider that a positive. (do you really want housekeepers coming in for a quick lick and a wipe?) I will supply you with plenty of linens and if you need more I will deliver them.......350 count sheets and plush towels (including excellent beach/pool towels). Also, high quality chaise lounge cushions for your use by the pool or sundeck.
Renting from me will 1) give you a better one bedroom than most (if not all) of others at Grand Atlantic Resort and 2) it will be considerably less expensive than going thru the hotel itself...........Weekly only (sat. to sat.) or monthly.....CHECK RATE SCHEDULE FOR POSSIBLE EXCEPTIONS.... As I have only one unit I am not set up for credit cards but will accept cash or personal check upon your arrival.......All of my rates INCLUDE taxes and resort fees. I have two boys aged 27 & 32 who live in New Jersey; where I lived most of my life.....My wife, Natasha, is from Perm, Russia where she was a physician for 25 years. She has a 23 yo daughter that lives in Texas. We now live in Myrtle Beach, abou a half mile away from this condo.
