A beautiful, romantic and completely secluded residence located in the hills of Paso Robles. This private, gated home offers magnificent views of valleys, hills and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Vineyard touring is at your doorstep but you may find it is so peaceful and serene here that you won't want to leave. Beautifully furnished throughout, the main level has an open floor plan with over sized windows,(because it's all about the views) a log fireplace in the Great Room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with an island that seats four, 2 working sinks, a 6 burner gas range top and 2 convection ovens. The kitchen/dining table is expandable and comfortably seats 8. The kitchen and Great Room are surrounded by an outdoor deck with a table and chairs. 3 bedrooms and the washer/dryer room are all conveniently located on this level. The lovely master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath which includes a jacuzzi and a very large steam shower. A dual sided gas fireplace can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and the bath. The two other bedrooms share another full bath, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two double beds.
The lower level consists of one full bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds that is connected to a spacious sitting room with a television. This area is great for younger ones.
However, as lovely as the interior is, nothing can surpass the outdoor living/entertainment area! Designed for beauty and exercise, the 38x18' black bottom, saline pool is surrounded by a spacious patio of interlocking stones and is furnished with double and single chaise lounges, tables and umbrellas. We even have umbrella stands for "in" the pool. A large el fresco outdoor dining area provides a great venue to relax and/or retreat from the sun. This is also an awesome place to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets you'll ever see. Star-gazing here is a must.
If you have children, the pool is locked with a safety cover. Use of the pool has strict rules and regulations which must be agreed to and approved in advance by all parties. Our motto is "SAFETY FIRST".
The home sits on 11.3 acres of beautiful old oak trees with over a mile of hiking and motor cross/quad trails. Don't be surprised when you see the deer who live here.
If you want to "mapquest" our location, you must use 7250 Rancho Verano as the address. Calle del Serindad, our actual address, does not come up on mapquest but the other address will put you on the right road leading to our property.
This is a very special place to us. We have so many wonderful memories and our hope is that you will experience the same!
