Recently re-painted and re-carpeted, this is the first time that this condo has been offered for rental in over eight years. The decorating provides the feel of Florida right here at the Lake of the Ozarks, all without having to pay the air fare or the gas prices to get there! Some of the furniture and most of the paintings and prints have been shipped by the owners directly from the Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island area to the condo.
The condo sleeps six comfortably (more only with permission of owner). The master bedroom…the bedroom with the spectacular channel view…hosts a king-sized bed for the restful sleep of the host and hostess. The Sanibel bedroom provides a queen-sized bed, while the Pelican room provides twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath, TV, and spacious closet. Linens and towels are provided.
The interior common areas include a living room with a working wood fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Family-oriented games, playing cards, a 32” HDTV, a DVD/VCR player, and a limited supply of videos are available for your use, as is free wireless cable internet.
Exterior spaces of the condo include the lanai and balcony on lake side, both of which have tables and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. A Weber grill is available lakeside, while a gas grill is available on the deck on the parking lot side.
Regatta Bay is well known for its green space – not just asphalt and condos. The beautiful trees, grass and mini flower gardens provide an atmosphere for peaceful strolls. Two tennis courts, two swimming pools, and a clubhouse provide opportunities for outdoor activities. Walking and biking trails are available right outside the boundaries of Regatta Bay. A boat slip is available within Regatta Bay for an additional charge.
Golf courses, grocery stories, restaurants, and the Lodge of the Four Seasons are just down the road from Regatta Bay – all without getting into the traffic on Route 54. The Lake of the Ozarks area is known for its multitude of golf courses, shopping centers, miniature golf courses, bumper cars, restaurants, etc. Enjoying them all is just minutes from Regatta Bay.
